No wifi in room, crowded pool, some unfriendly staff

Having just stayed at your hotel in Zurich, this property was a let down. There was no wifi in the rooms and when I asked about it at the front desk, the staff was rude and told me it was a me issue. Pushed back a little and then I was told he'd have his tech team look at it. No one got back to us. Not sure what you could do with the pool, perhaps have time slots available for families to use the pool. At one point I counted 23 people in the pool. From a safety point that was just too many kids and easy for someone to have trouble in the water and nobody noticing them. I kept my kids close to the end of the pool by the stairs and didn't take my eyes off of them. Breakfast was great - great selection to please everyone.

Unusual warm season, air conditioning was not functional. Fitness room way below acceptable standards. Construction of scaffolding commenced at 07:00 directly outside of opened window.
