"Pleasantly different experience"

Very good value for family stays and location of hotel! friendly and cooperative front desk which is not common in Germany.

A nice hotel, that has a good proximity to the centre of Munich, a metro station close be for moving around and a lot of possibilities for eating out to different type of restaurants. A bit more expensive than expected but the room was spacious. In the room a kettle and selection of coffee/tea bags was also provide, which I appreciated a lot and which unfortunately only very few hotels still offer.

It is a very nice hotel, a bit isolated from the historic part and centre of Munich, although not that far (1round 15 minutes walk). Close to the Deutches Museum (5 minutes), to a small shopping centre and the S-Bahn. Nice staff, excellent rooms, we had a chocolate, water, tea and coffee bags waiting for us in the room. However, the stash was not renewed. The pool and sauna area is very nice - it was not crowded at all when we were there and they had everything we needed. They are quite small, but cosy and very enjoyable. Its biggest (and only) minus - no free internet connection. There are two computers in the reception lobby, but to pay over 100 euro per night and not to have free internet access is a bit ridiculous. Poorer "cousins" of the Accor family such as Ibis and All Seasons provide free wifi connection.

I stayed here for 4 nights fora business trip. Overall satified with the hotel, good location, clean however no free wifi and breakfast for €19 would put me off staying there again
"Nice stay in Munich"

We only stayed one night, but it was a pleasure to sleep over at Novotel Muenchen city. The location was also good, it took only few minutes to Marieplatz by subway. We will certainly come again when visiting in Munich next time.

Stayed for one night with the family including children aged 9 and 13. The location is excellent near Deutsche Museum. After a good night sleep we enjoyed the hotels very tasty breakfast including several types of german sausages!

We thank the staff of the hotel is pleasant evenings and mornings. Now we were a second time at this hotel and the service was very good and the environment as well. I think next year is also chosen this hotel.
"Modern functional hotel"

I stayed one night in this hotel for a business meeting and I think the hotel complies fully with the requirements of a 4-star hotel: it is centrally located and close to the station for the airport train. It has modern and functional design, new furniture and the shower works! I particularly liked the quiet room I had and the fact that I could open the windows in the room and I could use the stairs. The meeting venues are conveniently located across the reception area. It has professional and pleasant staff and good breakfast. I did not try the swimming pool.
"NO free parking"

I thought it was ridiculous that you have to pay for parking and internet (in your room). I paid well over 30 euros just for 2 days of parking. Due to this I will never stay at this hotel again. The hostess at the restaurant could have been a little more friendly as well. And why have an Accor Members card if you don't receive any special benefits?

My family and I were coming back from a week skiing holiday in Austria and had to fly out from Munich, we decided on this hotel because we normally like Novotel and their rooms for 4 people. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive, parking nearby on a Sunday is free so if you have a car this comes handy otherwise is 19 Euors to park it in the hotel garage. Breakfast was fantastic a really good selection of healthy, hearty and sweets... good swimming pool and spa area for a relaxing time after a cold day out... FANTASTIC SERVICE!!

Nice rooms and interior to hotel. Good service. "Good Hotel with a very nice wellness area"

Reception is very gently and there is a good bar for cocktails. Very near the center of Munchen. There is not a good panorama, but a very good breakfast. I forgott my shave and they bring me one in five minute. Amazing

Everything was perfect, but our room wasn't large enough, i hoped that superior must be rather big, and cleaning in the rooms wasn t good and Sleeping linen didn't changed for 3 days....Thank you anyway
