We stayed only one night, and everything was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and areas, Nice Gym devices, and nice district. Only the parking is expensive (24 euro for one night!).

The rooms are a bit aged, carpet is not so favourable. The gym was changed (already some year ago). Missing possibility to to strenght excercises as it was possible before. The beer price in the bar increased too much. Besides all criticism: Overall, I am coming back again and again, because I am satisfied. The breakfast is very good.

Stayed for two days for a kids ski camp visit in near Duesseldorf. Welcome drink was good and a bathtub was very nice for my kids. Breakfast menu was relatively limited to another Novotel, however, it was good enough for me at least. Will stay here next time again.

The hotel is well positioned, with many available rooms, meeting spaces and a decently sized bar and restaurant. The rooms have somewhat aged decor, but the bathrooms are a real disappointment. Thin walls, weirdly shaped fixtures and an unpleasant smell to greet you right from the door. The staff is pleasant and helpful.
