"Exellent Value"
1st February 2013, Geddyboy60, Hunstanton, United Kingdom
A Little out of town but with taxi fares being good value it was about the same as driving into town and parking in Milton Keynes so the hotel location is not a issue . The Staff are very helpful and sociable and booked us taxi,s and found us restaurants in the town . In fact all the staff were very good and certainly helped us to enjoy our stay . The leisure facilities are excellent and clean but could stay open a little later , the rooms are clean but well used but some of the criticisms in other reports are not a true reflection of the rooms as we did not have any issues given the price we paid , this is a good value friendly and clean hotel ! we paid just over £100 for 3 nights so i was well pleased and i would and will definitely use this hotel again , its a ideal base for visits to the superb Bletchley Park Code Breakers museum and the excellent dining and night life Milton Keynes has to offer.

"Good service overall"
9th January 2013
I would recommend this hotel. The staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and homely. It's not very expensive and so they cannot cover everything. Odd things like the menue button on the TV remote not working properly. But I could do without that. Things like charging for WIFI access in this day and age, indicates wanting to make money of small things other than the price of the stay. But as these are optional, I cannot complain. The gym and swimming pool are small and would be under pressure if the hotel was half full with people who wanted to use the facilities. The restaurant was good. Not everything that was on the menu was available. And comparing with other local restaurants on a meal for two, there was not very good value for money there. If you have time, you can shop around for local restaurants for dinners. But certainly good convenient breakfast at the hotel. It was my second time at the hotel, so i had an idea of what i was getting myself into. I believe that generally i can expect one place to provide everything prefectly with good value for money. So with a little bit of extra time, i can enjoy other services elsewhere. The location is fantastic for those looking for a quiet stay. Rooms have good sound proof.I would come again.

"value"
20th December 2012, JanVolodzko, Luton, United Kingdom
calm and peaceful atmosphere, spent lovely weekends with my fiance in your hotel, excited with food and specially restaurant staff who cares about you as soon as you step up to the dining area. Receptionists were helpful, professional, fast and friendly, doing their job well, giving clear and correct directions and explaining all the hotel facilities.Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing to mention or complain about. Beds really comfortable to sleep. Mattress quality is one of the favourite.Spa facilities made their work as well. Steam room, sauna and small swimming pool made with taste, so we were happy to spend some time there for relaxation. Top hotel to stay when you planning to have a rest from the community and have a Christmas shopping, as hotel located only 5 mins driving from MK shopping centre.

"An excellent, value for money hotel"
22nd November 2012, 441Chris8, Birmingham, United Kingdom
We stayed at the Novatel for one night it was excellent alue for money. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities available were excellent and the food was very good indeed. The only criticism would be the very stained carpet in what was otherwise an excellent, clean and comfortable room.

"Keep the flag flying Novotel"
24th May 2012, Luton
I have been to this hotel now twice (executive room). I get value for my money. The room is very spacious and the Bose dock for my iPhone came in handy. The sauna and steam room is also great. Will surely visit again.Akin

"Very footballer's wives"
23rd May 2012, Xantoid, Worcester
All neat, tidy and clean. Big wedding reception going on as it was a Saturday night, but no noise from this reached my ground floor bedroom. The bed and bedlinen in particular were good. A trace of mould stains on the sealant between the parts of the shower/bath unit, plus wobbly tap loose a point or two.As a complete cheapskate staying on a very discounted weekend rate I didn't pay the thirteen quid demanded for a continental breakfast. If you want breakfast, book on a room rate that includes it,Very polite staff, nearly wore my name out at the reception desk.Plenty of secure parking, so I was able to park my car and a 14 foot trailer (total length about 33 feet) without trouble. Gutted I wasn't able to do this alongside the Audi R8 that was also in the car park.
