"Very nice hotel"

We stay at the Novotel in Leeds at least twice a year, this was another pleasent stay only spoilt by noisy neighbours! The duty manager did speak to the noise makers in the morning when we reported it and was very nice and helpful. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, rooms are always clean and well appointed, the walk in shower is great. Would recomment the Novotel if you are staying in Leeds

"Excellent value at special rate"

One overnight stay. When booked at special advance rate with no cancellation it represented excellent value and included breakfast too. Would not pay full prices for it though, so in those circumstances would rate value quite differently.Room large and clean with brilliant walk-in shower. Staff helpful. Secure underground parking a bonus near Leeds city centre.

Great hotel stayed here before so familiar with all aspects of location, service, and facilities. Will stay again. Breakfast excellent and we actually (four of us) dined there on the Saturday night - this was good too.

"My hotel of choice in Leeds"

I first stayed in this hotel 3 years ago and when I need to be in Leeds this is my hotel of choice, I have stayed in other hotels in the area but none can compete with Novotel Leeds. Very pleasant hotel to stay at in middle of town, all you need, good restaurant, bar, service, ...

Rather standoffish and unfriendly service, and tired rooms with an uncomfortable bed - only stayed there because of the heavily discounted rate and location close to the City Centre. Will probably avoid in the future

"Leeds business trip Sunday to Saturday."

Great location, Very close to Leeds city centre, very friendly staff. The only disappointment was the quality of the meals, the price did not match the output. The scrambled egg was watery, sausages only brown on one side. While you could not call it rubbish, it just missed the mark on quality. On the other hand the drinks: coffee, orange juices and The drinks from the bar we're excellent.

"Very central hotel"

Leeds Novotel is an excellent hotel if you want to wander around the city centre either sightseeing or shopping. It is very close to the railway station and the centre of the city. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly. I can recommend the food served at the hotel.

"Great hotel for the price in a great location"

Had an upgrade on arrival which meant a bigger room with free internet/movies, breakfast,mini bar and nespresso coffee so had a great stay.Staff very friendly and helpful,hotel central with easy transport access and cheap parking. Beds were comfy and thankfully the a/c worked in this room so slept very well.For the price I paid ,you couldn't do better.

"Comfortable, Clean, and Central"

Very friendly staff, very clean and nice decor. Good location. Room was very nice, comfy bed, great shower. Had a good night's sleep. Car Park could do with a rethink, tiny spaces. Would stay at Leeds Central again.

Good location. 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants.Friendly staffCar Park on siteBuffet breakfast was ok but not spectacularRoom size, for what we paid, and only staying one night, quite adequate.Check in and out very efficient. Would stay again

The staff and service at this hotel are very good. Polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers plenty of choice to suit everyone and is of good quality. The rooms unfortunately are not brilliant. Mainly cosmetic features let the hotel down, althoughit does look as though some area are being refurbished. The linen and towels were clean and fresh but the the carpets are in real need of being replaced. The bathroom was clean but the odour of smelly drains coming through the sink plug hole was quite unpleasant. We only stayed overnight so was okay.
