"Novotel Leeds - A very enjoyable stay"

Due to my work, I stay at many hotels in Europe and the USA. Novotel is a regular hotel chain I use. This Novotel in Leeds has been the best to date, just that little bit better than the Novotel Expo in Bern which is also excellent.Good locationVery friendly and helpful staffClean, modern and inviting

Now 8th / 9th annual trip, and one can notice that the rooms are getting tired and in need of re-furbishment. Especially noticable in bathrooms. Carpet getting worn and was stained.Hotel should provide Wi-Fi in priceMRF

"Awful staff and service"

Don't bother.I have in the past and it represents good value for money with excellent facilities and in a brilliant location very close to the train station.I found this time that i was checked in but then hounded the the point of leaving.Try the Doubletree by Hilton instead for similar money.Far better

Advance purchase price of executive room was excellent value. Less than 5 minutes walk to Leeds Station. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was good and even poached fresh eggs for me. Cannot fault.

Had a great stay here, as i was travelling both to York and Manchester on the same day. Managed to check in before 2pm which was a great opportunity to leave bags and things behind as we were on a tight schedule to York and feared we might have to take everything with us. Managed to get a quick sleep after coming back from York before we left to go for a long night in Manchester and being only a few minutes walk from the train station it was ideal both for leaving and returning. Had an excellent night's sleep and made full use of the Nespresso machine the next morning! The facilities in the room were great and all in all, had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Standard Novotel Hotel fairly new build and based around the quayside / riverside areaAbout 5 minutes walk into centre where you will find many bars and restaurants for all tastes etcRecommended for both families and singles alike Would stay at this hotel again based on the price and location

A very warm and efficient welcome on arrival. Breakfast was good and a courteous and efficient booking out process. If anything the room was too warm but everything was there i required, e.g iron, ironing board, tv.Overall a great hotel and look forward to visiting again

"Depends on what you view a 4 star"

Bar - Very good service, no problems at allRooms - No bath just shower, albeit very good. I can only explain the "double bed" as a put you up bed my mother used to have at home for paeople visitingcleanliness - I travel a great deal in Germany, this would not get past a 2 star hotel.Value for money - compared to the 60+ days a year in other hotels in other countries, awful

second time we've stopped at this hotel and found staff really friendly ,hotel very clean,bar excellent reasonble prices only complaint was one side of the bed to close to the wall and the breakfast could have been hotter but apart from that great hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great location, near the railway station and city centre shops and bars, and has a modern design. It also has a nice gym and sauna open to guests. Car parking very reasonable and on site. Would definately stay again.
