"Liza Minnelli Festival Hall"

An ideal location for the Festival Hall and Liza Minnelli concert. Also Borough Market just around the corner for all the foodies. Friendly staff, newly refurbished excellent family room. Only stayed one night but will go back again and explore more of the South Bank area.

"The Hulberts"

Perfect Stay. 5 minutes from Tube station. Daily Car Park fee of £25.00 a bit steep especially as we were staying for 3 days but then saying that we were in London.Will Definitely use this hotel again

"Good Quality Accommodation"

Booked family room 2 adults & 2 children, room was clean and fresh, comfy and good sized bed with convertible sofa bed for children which worked well. Breakfast bit expensive, evening meal good value and very tasty. Requested extra pillows and towels which arrived immediately. Had a good quiet nights sleep. Location a 4/5 minutes from the tube. Staff very friendly, would definitely use this hotel again.

"Confused personnel..."

The key card did not work - after visiting three times the reception (!) this was finally fixed, people are indeed kind and try to be verbally helpful, but somehow confused (or tired, do not know). Wi-Fi is not free of charge, for this hotel-category this is an absolute must... Average experience.

I stayed in Novotel City South second time now and also satisfied with what I've got. Like location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Was a bit upsetting that I didn't know about construction works been going on in a hotel, just above my room. Couldn't have relaxing Sunday as it was too noisy. Also some maintenance problems in the room. But still will come back for sure. Hopefully won't be any problems again, as my first time was great! Thank you.

"Useless Air-conditioning"

Room was far too hot, I woke in the middle of the night drenched in sweat. This is the second time I have been here in the last 3 weeks and they have not fixed the A/C.Had run out of some items at the breakfast buffet.

"Stay over after Company Xmas Meal"

I normally stay at Accor hotels when I am in London. I generally stay at the Mercure London Bridge or the Novotel Waterloo. This time I decided to stay at the Novotel London City South. The desk staff were very friendly and very accommodating to me, and to other guests, which I noticed whilst checking in. I did find find the room a little cramped compared to the other Accor hotels I have stayed in. The room was OK just for one night, but as I tend to stay in London for business purposes for at least a week at a time, I don't think I would choose this hotel. I found it similar to an IHG Holiday Inn Express. I guess the building restricts the room layout to a great extent.
