We Liked the Service Provided, The Room was a good Size, The Location to the Thames, London BridgeTube Station , London Bridge Rail Station is close by.. The fact that the Hotel has a Car Park was Great, With easy Access,The Staff was Helpful and Friendly,

"family break to london"

Very good clean hotel. Good location in walking distance to central london. Staff were helpful at the reception desk. The continental breakfast was not, I feel value for money.The cleaner that was cleaning our room however was not friendly!

"a good location but a high price"

the hotel has an excelent location, and a very helpfull and gentle staff, but actually it´s a little overpriced. The breakfast is nice but it does not worth the 15 pounds per person. The room is nice, wide, the bed is awesome with a good size. The room is quiet and silent. The bathroom always leaked a little bit after the shower, and to warm up the room the heating had to be turned on in the maximum. We asked for the broadband internet package, but the internet wasn´t working, - they didn´t charged us for that.

"Great Hotel"

Overall an excellent hotel and made our trip to London even better. The staff were friendly, the rooms were always clean and the hotel is in a quiet area with little noise. The location requires using the tube to get to some of the touristic attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square as it lies south of the Thames past London bridge. Would definently recommend to others.

"Great hotel in a quiet location with easy access to the centre"

Stayed over New Year and enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room layout is suited to a family with separate toilet and bathroom facilities but no basin within the toilet is a strange arrangement as you have to walk through your room into the bathroom to wash your hands. Not ideal. Room was clean and beds very comfy. We especially liked the sofa bed for the children as it was a good size for teenagers. Breakfast was very good and a wide variety of cold and hot food was available. I agree with other reviews that the location was not ideal to walk to in the evening but during the day we walked across the Millennium Bridge to St Pauls within 15 minutes and it is a beautiful walk along the riverside.

"Good quiet room"

Good location on the south bank. The room was spacious and well equiped. Tea & Coffee, tolietries, dressing gowns and slippers. Lovely bathroom with separate shower.Nice and quiet - no noise from the corridor, above or below. The bed was a little on the hard side for my taste, but nice and big.

"Very good hotel , very good services"

The hotel is close to the Tower of London but a litle bit far the most attractions of London. But it's hard to find a modern and international hotel with spacious rooms close to Big Ben and other attractions. The service is very good, highly professional and efficient. They solved small issues proptly. Breakfast is international and very good. The hotel worth the prices.

A very good hotel. The breakfast was very good lot of choises and fresh fruit. It was near a bus station so it easy to reach from Liverpool street station. The sleep qality is only rated medium because the beds were too hard.

Excellent location, Love it! you can just hop back to the hotel anytime when you feel tired. Less than 6 minute away from the tube station. It will be absolutely great if you stay there during saturday when borough market open from 8am. Hotel was clean and the standard room with extra sofa bed was comfortable. The hotel is pretty clean however the service was average for a 4 star hotel. It will be a perfect stay if the staff are more friendly. I will strongly recommend this hotel to everyone,

"Very enjoyable stay"

We were impressed with the check in staff and the early check in was the highlight of our stay. After travelling for 48 hours, being able to lay our tired body and have a good rest was a bonus. Location of the hotel is great and easy accessible by underground from Heathrow airport.It will be nice if the guest can access free wifi in the lobby. It has only two computers and the hotel guest consist mainly of families with young children, we found it a long wait to use the computer.
