"Good stay, services could be improved"

As usual, Ibis is a fair cost-benefit hotel. The main problem is that they don't have skilled people in English language, so I needed an English speaker to help me at the check-in desk in my arrival and also in my departure. This should definitely be improved.

In general was OK. the basic plam was to stay two nights . Some changes in trip plan caused me to stay just one. Of course that during the check out they told me dont`t worry you will be charged just for one. In fact my credit card was charged for two.Now I have to start actvites to get my money back . Please take care with this hotel

Great location, looks like a hospital, except for the restaurant. No amenities not even hand towells. Looks cheap and it is cheap. Staff is great.

Ibis hotels are a great value in Brazil. They are always predictable and have helpful staff. I noticed great care with keeping safety standards (taking samples, controlling temperature) for breakfast buffet, something not always practiced by Brazilian hotels.
