Unbelievable disappointing room cleaning conditions, furniture conserving, poorly A/C maintenance as well as wireless and cord services maintenance. Just disappointing!

Not happy how this hotel treats who arrives by car. As I have already stayed in this hotel I know that the valet parking is very slow, I parked the car myself. However, I was charged R$ 9.00 for parking, even without using the valet service.Will think a couple of times before returning to this hotel. There are several hotels in the city that treat you better.Will recommend thids hotel to a friend? Maybe, but with restrictions.
