All staff I related with was corteous. I was disappointed that the hotel did not have room-service: I arrived almost midnight and I could not have a (grilled) cheese sandwich! There were sandwiches at the lobby, but not vegetarian. I called the hotel the day before to make sure I did not have to bring/carry my late snack with me, and I was informed that I could purchase a cheese sandwich at the hotel lobby.My room had a paint smell, and since I knew the hotel was full and I was very tired, I did not ask to change room.
