"First visit to Ibis Thornleigh"

I found the hotel staff to be very courteous.The breakfast was just what I like. I had to visit a number of customersand the hotel was centrally located and easy to get to and from.The Grab and Go Menu had good variety.

I feel that if you stay at a motel that is offering meals and you are told that you can no longer get a meal just because there are more people for a meal than they can cope with to be told that they are not taking any more orders or if we want we can give them an order,go back to the room and they will let us know in an hour or so when our meal is ready.Once you have gone to the bistro and go back to your room why would you feel like going back in an hour or so.We couldn't go any where else for a feed as it was absoulutey pouring with rain and just wanted to have a feed as we were seeing specialists and getting tests done as we were down from Orange.We will probably be hesitant to stay there in the future.

Check in gentleman fabulous . Check out security deposit held for 5 days . Disgusting !Restaurant Staff service totally non existant . Food choices same every night for six nights . Sorry couldn't reccomend this Hotel .

we have stayed at Thornleigh before and knew what to expect. The rooms are on the smallish side but that aside all went well. didnt eat there this time but previously food was very nice. staff were pleasant and did their job well. will stay again.

We chose to stay at Thornleigh to avoid traffic heading north out of Sydney on a Monday morning. The location was perfect. The train is walking distance from the hotel, a supermarket nearby if needed and there were choices of restaurants nearby if wanted. The staff at the hotel were most helpful. Lovely lounge/sitting area. Lack of restaurant service on the Sunday night was disappointing, but we managed. Thank you to the staff.

The bathrooms were not very friendly- there was no toliet brush in the bathroom- the Bed was as hard as anything- I got no sleep as i have a chinese couple yelling at one another for both nights of stay.

OK for short stay, staff pleasant and easy accessfrom main road. Rooms clean, new TVsrestaurant facilities adequate. Prices competitive with other hotels in area. have used this facility in the past and will return in future.
