"Location location"

Location was our main reason for our choosing this hotel. We were heading north, and this location meant we were not held up in peak hour traffic caos. Front desk persons were very polite and helpful. Street noise was at a minimum, even though hotel was on main highway.

"Value for the money"

Whilst in the outer suburbs of Sydney, the location was perfect for us as we were travelling north. However the trainstation is within 5 mins walk of hotel & it only takes around 40 mins to get into Sydney. Whilst rooms are basic, they lack none of the extras- comfy beds, our room was away from the highway so sleeping wasn't an issue, iron etc. Toiletries were replaced each day & rooms were serviced daily. Front staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Internet was free downstairs. Not for long stays but handy. Within 4 mins walk there are about 5 restaurants, which were great value.

"Ideal stopover"

This was an ideal stopover on my trip to the North Coast. I needed somewhere accessible to the Pacific Highway where I could check in around 9.00 pm and get something decent to eat, sleep for the night and check out very early next morning. Parking was good, Staff were very helpful especially when I rang to say that I was delayed.It has all that you need for an overnight stay on a trip - comfortable bed, good shower and very clean room. Excellent value for money.

"No Such Thing as A Free Breakfast"

Quality at this hotel is generally good. Unfortunately did not print my booking confirmation that indicated we had breakfast included. When I asked at reception they indicated breakfast was not included. Bit of a waste on my part and ended up buying breakfast at another outlet.Apart from the breakfast issue everything was fine

The rooms are adequate, however if you have more than a couple the single bed is only adequate for a child (under 12). There is limited Family rooms, you need to ask for these. The staff were helpful and suggested alternatives to meet our needs.

The personal touch was appreciated - welcome message on TV and note in the room - nice touch after a long drive.Rooms are clean and tidy.Very convenient location with plenty of parking and close to transport.Meals are very nice.Only problem would be that there can be noise from "rowdy" patrons when in hallways that said we fell it's great value for money and a very convenient location.

A basic but comfortable hotel in an easily accible location. The only negative was the noisy air conditioner; without using it the room was too cold but with it turned on there was a lot of noise making it hard to initially get to sleep. when I mentioned this at the front desk the following morning the manager said that the air conditioners of that style are scheduled for replacement due to their age. Maybe next stay we will get a quiet one
