Helpful and always available guest team. One point to mention about the renovated suite : it's not convenient to have to close the curtain when using the toilets in the bathroom, especially as it's not possible to do it alone. Apart of that the rénovation is great, really appreciate the quality of the material used

THe reception staff were officious in their communications, nothing technically wrong, just not very personable. The other guests were noisy and inconsiderate with shouting and more at 01:00am. It did not help that we picked up a stomach bug during our stay too.
