"Really bad"

What I heard about Ibis and accorhotels affiliation, really disappointed. Location was really bad along with that reception really unfriendly not knowing anything. Room comfort was awful with air condition not working. Even the receptionist didn't know. Bathroom didn't have either soap, or water dripping. Won't recommend after this experience.

"Business trip to Paris"

Nice hotel with nice people working there. The location is very close to the Metro and then it is easy to get everywhere. They was renovation the first floor so there was some noise, but only after the end of breakfast (hr 10.00) and not during the night. Overall a nice hotel I might come back to next time in Paris.

The hotel was under refurbishment along my stay, which could not allow a correct evaluation, but the staff was very good and kind. The elevator use to promote a litle noise that could disturb people with difficulties to sleep, which is not my case at all. Montemartre is not very well clean nowadays and the public serrvice should pay more attention to this area. Regarding the hotel, it like the Ibis standards, it means that the serrvice is what you would expect. The only fail at our stay, is the lack of the wire less availability along 4 days in our stay, which compromised my access to internet.

"The Transparency"

The most important aspect between "partnerships" is the transparency like a channel to the right attitude of respect.The hotel is in 'modernization' period, this is appreciated. What is not appreciated: I have learned when I had arrived in the elevator and on the mirror the "modernization announcement" have been visible (probably on the Internet presentation the announcement was present but not "visible on the distinguish way"). The text of the "modernization announcement" is like reproach: "what we are doing hear is for you"...,... The quality system of AccorHotels Company is by ISO standards, and all hotels must be in concordance with, there are not any connection with the clients. More of these, from the security management is recommended that the reparation to be "full time" without clients, means No interference. The room and breakfast were ok. "Noise etc"

I like this hotel, and used it more than once, however this time they gave me a room right by the service room. Everyday early in the morning the cleaning lady would slam the door once every 20 minutes while she was working, it was unbearable, I didn't get any sleep, not even on Sunday, which really made my vacations unpleasant.The other problem was that at night they lock the door, but the front desk employee is not in the front desk anymore, and doesn't pay much attention to the door, so you get stuck outside in a bad area, until he shows up to open. I think this should really be reconsidered, for the guests safety.

"Felt at home"

Everything from start to finish was great. I told staff (all spoke English) my room preference and she took care of it. Staff was extremely helpful especially Catherine. Room was a bit small but overall worked well. only drawback is that the cleaning team does not respect the do not disturb sign... multiple times this was violated. There was free computer/internet in the lobby and breakfast was ok. Metro was 50 feet away, used it for everything.. even to the airport via RER. Metro was end of the #4 line so don’t worry about getting loss. Many stores and supermarkets were open even until 2 am don't know how late they actually stay open but you can find just about anything you need.

I've stayed there for 2 days and they cann't solve problems with Wifi access during all these days (and even didn't inform visitors that there's a problem with this point). And due to this in hall it was a line to get access to Internet. Sink was damaged with some holes.

No parking in surrounding area, fortunately found save one, about 20 minutes of walk, for extra cost of E 28,50 per day.Doggy internet, can’t get access.The lift didn’t work, so I had to carry all our baggage from 3rd floor.

"Excellent"

The Hotel is very close to Gare du Nord. Staff are friendly and helpful. Few yards from Metro Line 4 Porte De Clignancourt and the hotel has the excellent customer service.Great monuments are in a walking distance from this hotel.

A clean, compact, budget hotel set in a suburban corner of Paris.Close to the Metro and a 30 minute walk from Monmartre/Sacre Coeur.Lots of average restaurants in Cligancourt, and Patisseries/Mcdonalds close by.Suitable for tourists/travellers who are comfortable meeting the locals ofall types

"Convenient for métro, clean and efficient"

Ideal for travellers without cars - handy for métro (to Gare de Nord for Eurostar, also to all of Paris for sightseeing). Clean and efficiently-run hotel with helpful staff. Some rooms rather cramped; generally well sound-proofed.

Very close to metro station & lots of cheap food options nearby (fast food, oriental, Chinese, Turkish and a great vale typical French boulangerie). Rooms are rather small but comfy, very good value for the price especially considering how expensive Paris accomodation can be. The rooms looking to the lovely courtyard are quieter which is a blessing as the walls are rather thin between the rooms.

I had a very nice stay at Ibis Hotel by Boulevard d'Ornando. The location was perfect, just by the subway station. The personel was polite and the prizing was good. You deserve more than 2 stars. /m
