ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 3.0 out of 5 stars "I titled my review."

6th March 2013, StevenYzk, Dresden, Germany

Its all good... rating is less because I spent a lot of time in business hotels (150 nights / year), so compared to Novotel its a huge difference. But the value for money is perfect. And the service... once they noticed I am not the usual "drunk/loud/arogant" guest...the service was very good. Really nice people!

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "good experience"

3rd January 2013, sixtix_44, Tel Aviv, Israel

good location relating to the interesting points of the old city - even by foot; metro station at short distance facilitates travel throughout the city; the room is good for solo-traveler (bed - very good) and free wi-fi in room is great; good breakfast and friendly service in the restaurant.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 3.0 out of 5 stars "Budget stay near the heart of Prague"

2nd January 2013, Purnima S

I stayed at the Ibis Praha Wenceslas square for 2 nights with my wife, It was a pleasure trip. The rooms were small, but neat and tidy. It was a no fringe room, by no-fringe I mean no safes, no mini-bar, no coffee maker, Just on one small TV and an open cup-board.The breakfast was pretty standard of coffee, breads, eggs and cereals nothing special. The rooms in this hotel are suited only for a short-trip nothing longer than 2 nights. The best feature of the hotel was the location. It is 5 minutes walk to Wenceslas square and about 200 meters to the I.P Pavlova metro station.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Weekend stay in Prague"

17th December 2012, Kosice, Slovakia

Everything was fine, though hotel was quite busy, except of during the stay nobody filled in the soap in the shower... The location of the hotel is perfect - walking distance to all city-centre attractions and shops.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good Location, Very Convenient, Good Infrastructure, Ratty Beds Linens and Towels"

14th November 2012, RubenColmenarez, Hong Kong, China

Hotel is very well located, near downtown, five minutes walking distance to nearest Tram Stop and Metro Station (I.P. Pavlova). Infrastructure is quite good, looks newly renovated, rooms have all the basics amenities.Beds linens, beds sheets and towels are completely wear-off, most of them have big holes. In general term pretty good price/value ratio.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 3.0 out of 5 stars "sad experience"

24th September 2012, nemjo01, Tatabanya, Hungary

We stayed 3 nights. After our first breakfast we observed that few items were missing from our rooms: earphone, cigarettes, parfume and kindle.Immediately contacted the staff. Two men at the reception made a note on our issueand promised to investigate it.Evening as we went back to the hotel, they told that hadn't found any sign how could it happened. And that was all.Personally I find that solution insufficient. I never leave high value objects in hotel room, but these kinds of losses are still annoying.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good option"

20th August 2012, GustavoMerlo, Porto Alegre, Brazil

The hotel is good, there is a 24 hour store in the corner if you want to buy something to drink or eat (a smallmarket). The subway station is near and the tram station too. We decided not get the hotel breakfast, there is a Paul bakery near the hotel (3 blocks) that is amazing to have a good breakfast and spend less money than in the hotel. Some good restaurants are near the hotel too and Praga is increadle to visit. The parking lot inside the hotel is expensive (19 euros each day)

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Nice hotel with good location"

17th August 2012

In general it is a nice hotel with good location - only 15 min. walk from old center - if you don't like walking, there is a tram or metro in neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough but maybe with a little to tight beds but with free WiFi. It was clean but not quiet during the evenings because of our noisy neighbours - we heard them closing the door and romping late at night. The parking was much too expensive - 20 €/night. We did not take breakfast, becuse there are many small foodshops close to the hotel, which are much cheaper. But overall the hotel offered us a good value for money we spent. I recomend it.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 3.0 out of 5 stars "IBIS Praha"

28th June 2012, Reading

usual IBIS style hotel near to metro and not far from city centre and mian rialway station. has luggage room and free wi-fi and internet aceess. Early breakfast has to be booked though, which is not clear from any signs or literature, and brekafats is pretty expensive anyway.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Great Hotel"

17th June 2012, hmarti, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was quiet during the evenings and the location was great. We were able to walk everywhere in the city. The only downside was that they still have smoking option for rooms and you could smell smoke in the hallways.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "2-night business stay"

4th June 2012, AnnusG, Budapest, Hungary

+++ nice hotel, good location, polite-friendly staff, rich breakfast, clean rooms and bathroom- - - overpriced for this category, missed the discount price due to late booking, parking is also too expensive ; booked a double room single use with double bed, I got a twin room, and the single beds are extremely tight for a good sleep...80-90cm wide?

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 5.0 out of 5 stars "Good value"

2nd March 2012, Bolton, United Kingdom

Good transport connections with the Metor and tram make this hotel easy to find. It is reasonably well located for sightseeing and the staff were welomng on arrival. The bar staff and housekeepers were also very friendly. Breakfast offered a good selection of options. Overall the hotel was queit, clean and warm and offered good value for money.

ibis Praha Wenceslas Square: 4.0 out of 5 stars "Good hotel but can be easily improved"

1st September 2011, Coimbra, Portugal

The Ibis Praha Wenceslas Square is a typical fine Ibis hotel. However, the parking in unsually expensive: 20 euros for a 24h stay, while in Germany, for example, the usual price for Ibis parking is 10 euros (even 8 euros or free for Etap hotels). As CR doesn't use the euro, it woul be very usefull an ATM machine at the hotel or an exchange service, specially due to the unfair rates that exchange stores practice under some circunstances, such as, for example, amounts under 1000 CZR
