Easy to reach with public transport from the airport (Bus 119 to the Metro (Dejvicka) and then Metro via transfer at Muzeum, stop at Metro Station I.P. Pavlova on Metro line C - all CZK 32.-), very freindly staff and free WLAN. Excellent breakfast and nice room for the money in this location.

"Prague in Oct"

The Novotel location is excellent for using the underground - Prague Underground is idiot proof - beautifully signposted impossible to get lost. Food and service great and I am impressed with a hotel that has a little bottle of Bohemian sekt in the mini bar. Sauna and pool refresing after a day of sitting in lectures.

"Great Location"

The Hotel is ideally located,just one minute walk from the metro station.It is clean and the stuff is polite and helpful.The pool is also clean although it could be larger.Also,if you book your room a couple of months earlier then the price is reasonable and affordable.

"Good for business trip"

Perfect for a business trip. There is a downside though - I have booked my trip in advance, and fully paid for it. On check-out date, I was charged an additional 'exchange rate difference' of about 5 EUR/day. This does not make sense to me, as the money were taken from my account in the past, when the exchange rate was lower.Other than this everything was fine.

"Good Place to stay"

Good place to stay. Very helpful staff both housekeeping and reception. The reception staff give you all the information you need for your pleasant stay in prague. The hotel is in a very quite area yet near to the most happening place of Wenceslas Square.My suggestion to the hotel is that since they have car at their disposal they should be willing to drop the guests at railway station or Wenceslas Square which are nearby free of cost which would not cost the hotel much, but give the guest more comfortbale stay.I strongly recommend this hotel to any one from India or anywhere else in the world .

We always take these comments very serious, because being a direct feedback from our guests it gives us the possibility to improve our services!I am sorry that you considered the linen not being changed as something negative. With our program Planet 21 we are trying to do our part in protecting the environment by saving water and natural resources as good as possible. Therefore we do not change the towels or linen after only one night – unless of course it is extra requested by the guest. Next time just let us know, and we will of course change the linen for you…We hope that otherwise you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to welcome you again in our hotel!

"Best bake beans"

Breakfast was very good,real value for money.The best bake beans I ever tasted and should be available everyday.The blueberry yogurt were awesome.Close to metro station and reception was very helpfull,you can buy metro ticket and stamp from them,very convenient for first time traveler to Prague.

"Fantastic"

A very modern hotel in every way. Nice interior and good facilities for internet . Two big apple computers with printer in the lobby of the hotel and wifi . Public transport nearby and a little store for drinks and fruit arround the corner 24h/7day. We used the 72 hour ticket for all public transport it costs only 310 tjech krones.

Reasonably priced hotel in a good location.Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable.Although in the city centre it is set in a very quiet street.

"Not satisfaction"

I have been in this hotel on the Katerinska street more than 10 times. The receptionist pushed me to fulfilled all dta from list for clients. These datas you have motre times before this date.On the room was not possible to open Czech programm on TV. I claim on th reseptionist . She promised to send somebody to my room but never come. On the second question on the receptions, the answer was taht misteje k is on France and not Czech Republic, without advising me.

"Our kids want to go back for the pool!"

We had a great time in Prague and staying at the Novotel with the pool was a total bonus for the kids. The location was convenient with just a short walk to Wenceslas Square. I would say our room was spotless but we did find a pair of little baby socks near our bed from a previous visitor but otherwise the rooms were clean. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it each day of our stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They helped arrange a tour company to pick our family up at the hotel. And when we ran out of toilet paper they were quick to bring more. We were even notified via email after our stay that our son left a video game behind! So thankful they'll be sending it along. Wireless Internet in the room was great as well as 2 computers in the lobby for guest use. There was also an xBox video game system in the lobby by the restaurant and a small area with blocks for the kids as well. We ate in the restaurant every morning and enjoyed the breakfast and the convenience of it. There is also a great mexican restaurant directly across the street or lots of restaurant choices on the square (our kids highly recommend Vytopia by the KFC on Wenceslas Square which features model trains that bring drinks to each of the tables). This was a great hotel choice for our family with kids ages 2-7.

Hotel was nice and the staff were friendly, rooms were acceptable. We were however very disappointed at the location. Being called Novotel Wenceslas Square we had believed it was at that location and not 10 minutes walk away, had we know this we would have booked alternative accommodation closer to the square.
