"Very enjoyable staying"
22nd February 2013, ztarpagos, Athens, Greece
Bravo for the services in your competitive price! Clean rooms (little bit more carefull maybe with the sterilizing of the toilet room. Nice simple decorated rooms with all the comforts inside (television, wifi, shower with hot water all the time). Please use better quality soap that you provide inside the bathroom (its not so well the smell of it. The optional breakfast for 5,95 E is ok. I mean with 5,95E it should be with larger variety (I mean there is no ham, bacon, eggs etc some fruits maybe, ) either it should be lower price. These are minor things (though they would make big difference in the eyes of a customer). Aparts from these minor things I had a really enjoyable stay in your hotel.
"Central and good sized room"

Within walking distance to shopping street. Big comfy room for family of 4. We arrived late coming from Stuttgart and they were expecting our arrival. Lots of parking spaces. Recommend anyone coming to Strasbourg to stay here.
"ETAP STRASBOURG"
4th October 2012, peterwhoever, Glasgow, Scotland
Convenient for visiting the historic centre of Strasbourg. Trams run frequently from the Place de la Gare to the centre. The hotel represents the usual excellent value at Etap. Although situated in an older building the standard is the same as for the more modern Etap Hotels
"Good value at cheap end of market"
25th September 2012, retiredvacationers, London
ETAP is not the Ritz: it is very basic. But, Strasbourg is very expensive. So, for a traveller on a budget this makes sense. We were in room 206 facing the station across the square: convenient for the trains. The bed was comfortable; the room surprisingly quiet; the shower excellent - although poor toileteries (but what can one expect at this end of the market - take your own shampoo); the breakfast basic - bread with butter jam/honey, compot, yoghurt and cereal where you could help yourself (good for the greedy). Easy access to the tourist sights.
"Optimum choice for budget traveller"

No hair dryier, noisy room at morning. However cleanliness and location can be the most attractive points of this hotel. Just 1 min in foot from the main station of Strasbourg.
"Close while you are renovating"
14th May 2012, KMom_12, Lexington, Kentucky, USA
The hotel was being renovated, but some rooms were rented. When I complained that the shower head had no hook to hang it and water was going everywhere, 'We're aware of that, we're renovating.' was the answer. Likewise when I told them that the handle of the bathroom door kept falling off. No apology was made, and no concession or discount was made. And neither problem was fixed. The bed was a little hard, but okay. The baby bed was there, but we had to set it up ourselves, and no baby-sized linens were provided as at other hotels we stayed at. The breakfast was a good value for the money and tasted good.
"Just OK"
6th January 2012, Francescas, France
I stayed with two of my friends. We got familly room which was big enough for our luggages. The room was ok with clean bathroom and shower. The location is perfect just opposite site of train station.Bad point: Breakfast was expensive compared to what you get..very poor!. The big lady was not always on counter. We have to wait so long with other guests if we need for some information.
