I have used Novotel Ieper since 2007.This stay with my granddaughter saw positive changes in reception and the rooms which are beautiful.I had a problem with a hair dryer which was sorted with 3 minutes with a smile from the member of staff.

Spent two nights here in the centre of Ypres. The hotel is well located for touring around. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are nicely finished. All in all an enjoyable stay.

This is an ideal location for Ieper. Hotel is modern and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. If i were to be a bit picky they are in tune with a current vogue- their idea of housekeeping in the rooms means a cursory look round but nothing more.
