"Excellent service"

The hotel is modern, clean and exceptionally well located in the centre of Lille, close to the main train stationsand the shopping area.The staff were exceptionally helpful following a mishap we had with our car that had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel at all.

missing drawers in the room. open closet/cloak area. missed egg station in the breakfast area. Breakfast quality & quality of supply line poor during peak breakfast time.Rest was fine. Decor was decent. Shower was excellent and seperated from the rest of the bathroom. okay overall

Hotel is well located and clean. The bed was Terrible !! piece of foam on a slat base. Also coffee cups were paper. Not really what we expect of a Novotel property.

The hotel is great, especially when travelling with children. In the reception area, there is a play corner for small children, and XBOX 360 for older ones. We were very happy with our room, and especially with the quality of the bathroom. Great shower! We were also provided with a baby bed on simple request. The breakfast buffer was excellent, and during the weekend breakfast is served between 7 and 11 so you can relax even more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very recommandable hotel with good value for money, especially on weekend nights.

I stayed in Lille for one night as a transfer point between two locations. The hotel was clean and tidy, as you would expect from a Novotel. The staff were helpful (and spoke English, which was great for me - I don't speak French!), and the included breakfast was nice. Hotel was amazingly easy to get to from the Eurostar and train stations, and close to a lot of Lille's main attractions. Definitely recommend.

Good business hotel in center of town near the stations. Charming and helpful staff. Nice little cafe/bar with some nice selections. Shower in bathroom was excellent and rarely this good in a chain hotel. Only issue is couldn't get coffee machine to work.
