Fast and efficient check-in. Helpful, attentive and responsive front of house (very patient when our large family group returned late in the evening after a party!) An excellent breakfast before we left topped off an enjoyable stay . Overall, great value.

"Ibis wellingbourgh"

I found the ibis at wellingbourgh most comfortable, clean and quiet.I have stayed here twice now and I cannot fault it at all the staff are freindly and the room is very clean and modern. Last time I was in wellingbourgh I had to stay at another hotel as the ibis was fully booked, never again I WILL ALWAYS USE THE iBIS IN FUTURE.

"Visiting Family"

We stay at this Ibis regularly when visiting family in the area as it is ideally located for us; offers great value for money, especiallly when booked in advance; is always clean and tidy; and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We have recommended it to family and friends who also now use it. It is a good budget hotel, where you get what you expect.I have also started to use Ibis hotels for business use as they offer good value for money and I am guaranteed an acceptable level of quality and cleanliness.

"Basic but good value"

Friendly staff, rooms are basic and could do with an update but they are clean. Location is out of town, approx £4.00 each way to town by mini cab. Nice pub with good food on the doorstep of this hotel, offerers better value food and drink than the Ibis so is quite handy. All in all I would recommend, it's a budget hotel at the end of the day and does do what it says on the tin.

"Great hotel"

We got a really good rate and were very impressed. The room was very clean and better than other places we have stayed. The hotel bar served very good food. It was quiet and the food arrived quickly. Breakfast was really lovely. We liked being able to choose our own food and mix and match and just have what we wanted. The food was very great and very good and worth twice the price. The staff also were very friendly and could not do enough to help us. We will be staying again.

"Stay at Ibis Hotel, Wellingborough"

Very pleased with the ambience and cleanliness of Hotel and attitude of staff. We were up very early to beat the queues at Silverstone but still found adequate provisions available to enjoy a substantial Breakfast.Both rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.I have stayed here before but a few years ago. The experience was the same as previous visits, so I can highly recommend this Hotel

"Check local events before booking"

Found lack of staff at key times to deal with a varied calibre of guests frustrating. A bottle of beer got dropped in the car park and reported to reception. No one cleared it away or even suggested to the individual that dropped it to clean it up. There were quite a few rowdy young people that were not brought under control which made our stay unpleaseant. Some kind of control is needed

"Cheapest in area"

I have given a poor sleep quality rating because I kept waking up feeling very hot and sweaty, the following morning I checked the bed and, as I suspected and confirmed it had a plastic under sheet. Perhaps the person who thought they are a good idea should put one on their own bed at home and see how they get on. This apart, the IBIS was the best value in the area, despite your nearest competitors Premier Inns advertising on the TV that you can get a room for £29 and Travel Lodge for £12. So thumbs up. Next time I stay at an IBIS I will have to remember to remove the infernal plastic sheet!!

"Great Hotel, Shame About the Neighbours"

I've stayed here previously but the issue with the boy racers next door at MacDonald's revving their engines and bouncing them off the rev limiter for what seemed like an age really took the mickey this time, between that and flying around as if it was a race track at midnight!One guy reversed to have his really loud exhaust facing the bedrooms of the hotel and then opened his throttle full for what seem an eternity at 11:30 at night!!I was there to visit Santa Pod which is very nearby so I'm the last person to complain about genuine motorsport but this was far from that, I'm not sure I'll stay there again which is a shame as its location is perfect and the staff and hotel itself are nice.To be honest if this hotel was next door to a pub with anti social happenings outside its front door every night the pub would have their license taken from them but for some reason MacDonald's don't seem to care?In short, nice hotel, shame about the neighbors.

"Does What It Says"

Basic hotel, clean and friendly, could take the dogs which is why we stayed there. Clean and friendly staff, good base to stay if you have dogsdown side - virtually no grass areas for the dogs - an odd thing when they accept thempoor signage to findlocation a little noisy - good pub across the road for food.had a major problem with a meal in the hotel on the last night having to send it back 3 times, whereas the meal on the first night was superb - no consistency ...buffet breakfast ok but nothing special
