Staff were friendly. It met my expectations of a budget hotel, chosen because of its location. Felt the breakfast quite expensive if not having cooked breakfast.

"family visit"

we have stayed at this ibis hotel many times , and never had cause to complain, our son does not have a large enough residence for us to stay there and this hotel is almost on his doorstep ,thankyou staff.

"Decent hotel for the price"

Basic rooms although we had to be moved as the light was flashing in one room and couldnt be changed. The showers in both rooms were temperamental and one bedside light was hanging out of the wall. But it was clean and in a good location for the party we were attending. Helpful and friendly staff and comfy beds.

I stayed here 42 nights in total last year. My first choice in Lincoln for value for money. No Complaints. Usually pay in advance online for best deal.

"Ibis Lincoln"

This was our first overnight stay in Lincoln and picked the Ibis as a good value option. This proved to be correct as the Hotel was very good and staff helpful & friendly. It's about a 15 min walk to the nearest bus stop so you really need to be looking to drive into Lincoln - it's about 4 miles to the Cathedral Side of the City.Lincoln is a good value destination with pleanty to see and do - best places for food & drink being in the Waterfront Area

"good cheap hotel"

this does what it says on the tin... a good clean cheap place to stay near Lincoln. Bit difficult to find the sat nav got confused. Rooms clean and tidy thought the tv could have had the regular freeview channels but otherwise all ok

"The Returnicks"

Have used this hotel many times when visiting Lincoln and it is always our first choice. there is nothing more to say. The welcome is always most friendly. The Reception service efficient. The facilities provide enough to make the stay comfortable. The rooms well equipped and well turned out. There seems to be a constant programme to improve and update from one visit to the next.

Thank you for a fantastic stay yet again. As always the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great too.The room was comfortable and clean.

"Another great budget hotel"

With these hotels there is absolutely nothing to complain about - great value and a shower that is so powerful it could take your skin off! The lounge/diner looked good but I went to the pub restaurant on the same site for my meal. Wi-fi was chargeable; but worked perfectly.

"A Pleasant stay"

My party of 16 all enjoyed our overnight stay. The rooms were all adequate and I was impressed by the walk-in shower in mine which gave hot water at a powerful rate! The hotel was both clean and modern. The breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the sausages were meaty (unlike many in other hotels I've experienced.There is an adjacent pub and two well known eating places nearby.The staff were friendly and very welcoming. There is a large carpark and so there is plenty of space for visiting cars.

"Fabulous 3 day break"

Room was spacious, light and clean, beds very comfy, staff most obliging, breakfast very enjoyable woudl not hesitate to visit in the future. Location convenient for our visit. Evening menu very limited

"Lincoln stay"

Good value stay, but a negative was the bed mattress had collapsed, therefore the sleep was uncomfortable and the noisy groups also staying gave for a poor sleep experience.The multitude of overnight workers staying there were also a distraction with late night and early morning activity. One worker also managed to hit my car door in car park without any acknowledgement. Not someting the Hotel could do anything about, but overall the average clientelle did leave something to be desired.The hotel however was good and the staff went about their work well. Very clean about and all staff were very courteous.

"Better the devil you know.........."

In Favour..Service @ the Ibis Lincoln is pretty good. The staff are warm, friendly & helpful. Roomwise it's spartan but clean & the beds are huge & comfortable. The location's on a business complex with plenty of parking. Frankie & Bennie's restaurant is on the doorstep along with 2 gyms & a night club in walking distance. Against.. The in-house restaurant is very basic, the drains are smelly & the european staff change all the time . All in all you could do a hell of a lot worse.

"Speechless!!!"

No housekeeping/ room services; leaking bathrooms; used clothes in the wardrobe - good for hitch-hikers and not for business travellers. I am not bothered about the tariff but if you are planning to have a good nght's sleep after a long and eventful day, this surely is not the place. May be a good option for holiday-makers looking for budget accomodation.

"A good hotel"

I travelled to Lincoln with some friends for a forces reunion. The rooms were ready for us, the staff were propt and efficient. Taxi's ordered by reception were always on time. Nothing too much trouble and on returning after a very late night, the night receptionist cheerfuly made us 3 meals from the 24hr menu. A good base for the area at a good price.

"Good value hotel near Lincoln"

If you want a good value hotel just outside Lincoln (10-15 minutes from centre) then you can't really go wrong with the Ibis. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that.
