"New Year in Cardiff"

We enjoyed our New Years Eve in Cardiff. We had a great time. One small suggestion: It would have been even nicer if the Hotel had left a Note or a small chocolate to greet the guests on New Years Eve or in the New Year Morning Breakfast.In any case, we had a lovely time in Cardiff.Joseph

really dog friendly all staff polite and ready to help i love this hotel it has a pool table and the rooms are very clean and tidy check in easy and so is check out. 24hr reception and rooms are spacious with sink toliet and shower in its own part

"Very good and comfortable"

Staff helpful, room pleasant and clean, beds particularly comfortable.We were allocated Room 101 which was the disabled room which meant that we had plenty of space. The bathroom was especially large although the wash basin was a little low for me. The shower was on the wet floor principal, which was very literal throughout.

Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable. good value.I picked the hotel because it offered easy access to the motorway, and a short journey into the cityi will definitly use IBIS again

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very clean with good facilities, comfortable beds and lovely big walk in showers in clean bathrooms. I have never been disturbed by noise from adjoining rooms. Cardiff Park and Ride is only five minutes away by car and I can be in the City in a very short time. Excellent value for money at all times, but well worth looking out for when they have special offers.

"Good Nights Sleep well comfy"

It's a way out of the city, theres a good pub nearby, not far from park n ride and if you get there before 8:30 its only a quid early bird. The rooms clean and tidy a goods night sleep nd you can ask for extra brw making kit.

Staying at this hotel is usually very pleasant. This time room heating was something of a problem and wasn't resolved. Breakfast provided plenty of choice ranging from a variety of cereals up to a selection of cooked items - good value in my opinion.

Great hotel clean,tidy, helpful staff . Location is fine taxi into cardiff centre is £14 so not badly priced. Would stay here again. Price for hotel was good also and handy next to service station and a Toby cavery right next to the hotel

"Trip to Cardiff Wales"

The Hotel is a short drive from Cardiff (must have a car) Dog friendly hotel why do so many hotels in the U K charge or do not let pets in. Very nice stay but fabulous staff Top draw Thank you so much.

"Good stay. No problems."

Stayed in a twin room with extra bed. Nice room. Very comfortable. Kettle is a bit old and takes 10 minutes to brew. Could do with upgrading.No complaints at all for a budget hotel. Good access to Cardiff centre and motorway network.

"Overnight with Family"

Best hotel Ive stayed in for a long time. Location excellent, room very clean and in working order. The children thought it was great fun sleeping on the floor and it was a plus that the dog could go free of charge. Couldn't have picked a better hotel and very reasonable for 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. A snip at £35. If I go that way again it will be a definate booking.

Great Value-for-Money (averaged just over £20 per night for a 3-night stay).Location was good if you need access to the M4 but quite a lot of travelling if you want to go into the City. Rooms were clean but I wonder why you're asked to hang towels back up to save laundry when they change them anyway.

"Good Hotel if Booked at Bargain Prices"

Hi The staff were as ever very friendly and helpful, it's on the city outskirts and theres a bit of noise from the services and vehicle park. This said it was clean neat n tidy, but the view from my window was scaffolding and planks which I wasn't warned about when I was booking. If you can get in at a lower price than the standard then value for money, if I had paid the full amount I would have been disappointed!
