Whilst the hotel was of its usual good standard, I was woken at 2.00 a. m. by a lady entering my room and switching on the light. On investigation , the hotel staff told me that it was somebody who was confused about which was her room. Nevertheless it was an unpleasant and unwarranted experience.

Have stayed many times at Ibis,Shipley. On this occasion it was very noisy during the night with people talking and doors slamming up to 3.30 in the morning. However, we didn’t complain. Disappointed that they still don’t serve Sav Blanc.
