"Chain hotel with a personal touch"

I have stayed at this hotel several times since 2007 and have always been impressed by the friendly and attentive nature of all the staff. The hotel has accessible rooms for people who need wheelchair access or a walk-in shower room (I was travelling with my elderly mother) and the food provided in the hotel restaurant is affordable and adequate when you can't be bothered going in search of a meal. There is a very acceptable pub that does above average food next door. Rooms are airy with opening windows, and the hotel is in a lovely quiet location next to the Leeds-Liverpool canal and Salts Mill. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very comfortable and easy, as we visited the Saltaire Festival which wewere most impressed with. The hotel was just a short walk along the canal way intothe centre of Saltaire, all in all a most enjoyable week-end. Thank you.View management response »

really nice hotel. very good location. breakfast was lovely.beds were very comfortable had a good nights sleep,.just a little more attention to cleaning needed as i had glitter confetti in my bed and just married confetti in bed and on floor.View management response »

"perfect location for a short break"

With the upgraded mattress topper we had a good nights sleep. Perfect location for getting out and about - easy access to the station, close to 'the moors', close to pubs and restaurants.The service was really good, this Ibis seems to have a steady staff rather than a quick turn over so they know what they are about.View management response »

We had a good stay and pleased with the hotel.The young girl in attendance at breakfast was very attentive and willing.It may have been your policy but we felt a change of towels over a three night stay might have been applicable.View management response »
