"Convenient Hotel"

This hotel is convenient, but is not located in the center of Louvain. Service is at its minimum ( wait a long time to get a drink at the bar, to get a server at the restaurant).

The bedrooms were lovely and modern. The hotel is right opposite the Stella Artois factory and near to the town. Fine for a stop over. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff polite and friendly. The car park was expensive at 12.50 euros I do feel that guests should have free parking.

Food service at the bar was very slow and the breakfast service at 7:30am was well picked over and took a lot of time to get it refreshed.I have stayed here a numer of times (including this week) and hope this was the exception.

The breakfast was around 8:30 already poor in refilling?It was very cold outside and the roomtemp could be much better.

Pro - GREAT service at the bar when I ordered food to bring upstairs. The bartender kindly offered me a drink on the house while I waited for the food.Cons - Even in the off season, AC should still available. In our room, the fan wouldn't even come on. Neither internet nor parking was free.

Good hotel; great staff, friendly and helpful; room clean and well equipped, bed just right (had a great night's sleep), very convenient parking garage underneath (thought I would ned to park on the road. Breakfast great; dinner good but costly - would eat out next time. Would certainly stay again
"Nice hotel but poor restaurant"

This hotel is nice, just in front of the Stella Artois brewery !The restaurant is not so good, mainly frozen food (pizza, lasagna, ...), not at the level of Belgium food in general.
