Been to this particular hotel many time, always friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to accommodate special requests. Only minus I have is the restaurant can be a bit slow - The bar however always provides great service.

I was greeted by a rather abrupt receptionist. And I was checked out by another rather abrupt receptionist So I fear that there is a problem with customer service training. I travel every week and stay in Hotels all over the world, I know when a person is being abrupt and it seems that the staff do not want to serve customers!!! On the contrary the Bar staff were excellent and could not do enough. Finally I observed twice employees smoking outside the main reception in groups - they are obvious close as a group but do not appear to have customer satisfaction in thier mind. I could not recommend this hotel to colleagues due to staff attitudes - not easy to fix and I fear that it might be a management issue and if this is just sent to the management then they will not do anything about it. Please accept this feedback as a way to improve. Good Luck You do not need to publicise this note

a) no free water everyday in the room. b) toilet closet : has design failure. for mans, it is not useful my experience. some drops goes out!

I booked a superior room and an executive room and I was given two identical superior rooms, despite the difference in price between the two room types. The hotel manager could not care less, did not listen and was not willing to find a solution nor to reimburse the difference in price. She kept bringing contradictory arguments claiming there is basically no difference between the rooms (then why different types and prices?) or could not accommodate us staying on the same floor as the kids with two different room types (then why did the website force us to book an executive instead of a second superior room? And why did she not reimburse the difference in price since they decided to downgrade us?). Only after I protested she offered to put myself and my husband for the second night in an executive room on the 5. floor while the kids would stay in the superior room on the 2. floor. This was obviously not an option. And by the way, no reimbursement offered for the first night anyway. I had never been downgraded before, let alone without the hotel trying to make up for it. Or at least apologize and show understanding and care for customers. The hotel manager kept instead arguing nonsense, generating a heated discussion. Breakfast was really basic and not high quality, but that’s nothing compared to the lack of respect for customers and the FACT that actually I paid for a service I never got. Unbelievable!!!
