"Smart Stay"
23rd May 2012, EddMelissa, Glasgow, United Kingdom
The overall stay was ok the room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfy we got a good sleep as it was not noisy and we had a good view.First impressions when we arrived the lobby was full of people and only two people on the desk to check people in, this seemed to be an ongoing problem everytime we tried to get to the desk to ask a question. On the second morning that we where there we both had cold showers we did report this but we were told to ring the manager unfortunately we have been travelling and haven't been able to do this. This last thing that wasn't great was breakfast, we went down for breakfast it was packed you couldn't move. So we left and asked for a refund and went somewhere else.We wouldn't recomend the hotel to anyone which is sad as it is a nice place.
"Good value, but some downsides"
20th May 2012, Lesly_Bristol, Bristol
A stay here costs around half the price of a 'good deal' in central London. On the plus side, the rooms are standard Ibis, comfortable, with good power shower (no bath), tea/coffee making and comfy bed. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful. Downsides include no free wifi, no desk to work at in the room, aircon that didn't work (fortunately window opened a fraction) and cold meal served not in the advertised restaurant but in the foyer bar (free dessert offered as compensation, but I don't eat dessert). Main downside for me though is the time it takes to get from Chancery Lane where I work: 2xtube changes, train or train, bus and walk, added up to nearly 90 minutes in peak travel times. For people working in/near Marylebone or direct routes from there, it'd be more ideal.

"Handy for train to London"
13th May 2012, RobR67, Glasgow, United Kingdom
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It is large but clean and well run. I found a few options nearby for dinner and I found the hotel very convenient for trains at Wembley Stadium station to/from London Marylebone station. A good option for business travellers to avoid the very high central London hotel prices. Very nice Ibis breakfast, as always!

"Excellent stay"
5th April 2012, cardiff
I paid a discounted rate, but was treated exceptionally well by the staff, who went out of their way to make sure I had the room I wanted. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and I had no noise from surrounding rooms or corridors. It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

"IBIS Wembley"
26th March 2012, Lichfield
I have stayed here regularly over the last few months and found it clean and generally comfortable. On the down side, there is an ongoing problem of the sky tv box continually shutting down two or three times a night which is frustrating as it always seems to be at the end of films/porogrammes.On the plus side, the staff are very friendly and are always available to assist where they can

Thanks to young lady at reception who has done the check-in for us. She was so helpful in finding good restaurants and also helping us in printing some urgent papers. Always serving others with a smile.

"IBIS WEMBLEY FOR FOOTBALL"
4th March 2012, Great Yarmouth, United Kingdom
Stayed at the ibis for England international match. The hotel is 200 metres from the turnstiles down a small link road. The hotel is good for a short break 1 night in our casewith friendly staff. So if going to wembley stadium or the arena this hotel would be an excellent base.Rooms and bed very comfortable. Was very pleased with my stay and would stay here again. The hotel is better value than the nearby premier inn when events are on at wembley.

"big event."
1st March 2012, Cardiff, United Kingdom
I have stayed in this hotel on a previus occaision and was fully satisfied. However this time was very unsatisfactory. I have strong views that when a hotel is being used by a majority of a football team's supporters the other guests that have booked should be notified before their stay to prevent the uneasy feeling we experienced this stay. On arrival my husband and son were told they could not come in as it was being used by liverpool fans and during the evening my son was too aprehensive about going downstairs because of the large number of Liverpool fans. A courtesey e mail would have been enough. I emailed the hotel whilst my son and husband were in the room but they have not offered a response. Very disappointing!

"Not satisfied in breakfast"
26th February 2012, London, United Kingdom
The only think I was dissappointed was that there were no fresh vegetables in the breakfast and the staff was vary slow with filling the empty plates. Almost all the time there was no enough food and variety of food. I have been at Ibis in Bucharest in sentral London and there were no such problem. I am satisfied of all other services in the hotel. Just didnt like the breakfast. The staff at the reception was varry polite. The rooms were vary clean

"Lovely stay in Wembley"
22nd February 2012, Machynlleth, United Kingdom
The reception staff were very good and helpful. The only draw back was the dark walk back to the hotel from the car park, this was mainly due to my traffic delays and the roadsworks near the hotel. The room was good, clean and a good night sleep was had!Brilliant view of wembley stadium from my window!I wil be staying again.

"Great hotel, shame about the car parking"
20th February 2012, Torquay, United Kingdom
For barely £60 per night this was cracking value for a London Hotel. Room was clean and not too noisy for a London hotel.Evening meal was good value for what it was and £3.75 for the breakfast was excellent value as booked online.Only gripe is they don;t tell you in advance that car parking is a 5 minute walk away and this leads to confusion as in thoery you can't park outside the hotel to ask them where the parking is! This should be better advertised when booking. As it was, a call to reception and I was advised it is fine to park on teh double yellows in the drop-off zone whilst checking in.As I now know this, it does not put me off using the hotel again as everything else about it was very good, or would use the train/tube which are located very close by.

"Stay at wembley"
15th February 2012, New Milton, United Kingdom
This is a very conveniently located hotel for central London being so close to Wembley Park tube. I thought it was very good value for money and I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet and external noise was at a minimum level.I had three very good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again myself.

"Exellent value for money hotel"
8th February 2012, Northampton, United Kingdom
Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was nice and big. It was also very clean and nice and warm. The bed was really comfy too!The staff were all really friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had to extend our stay by an extra night due to the heavy snow and that was done with no hassle. We were even able to stay in our original room. The only negative I would have is getting to the hotel. It's tricky to find with all the road works and diversions going on but that's not the hotel's fault!I'll definitely stay here again!

"Poor service let the Ibis Wembley down - but good location for Wembley!"
8th February 2012, Penarth, United Kingdom
An ideally located hotel for Wembley Stadium/Arena. Clean room though no bath. Dissapointed with breakfast, lack of vegetarian cooked breakfast and then the restaurant ran out of plates and glasses. After waiting for 10 minutes I grabbed a cereal and put it down on the table while I went and got a coffee, only to find my bowl had been cleared away before I had a chance to eat it. Best to avoid breakfast if you are in a rush! The hotel couldn't cope with a large number of guests at breakfast.

"Does what it needs to"
7th February 2012, Mo-UK, UK
You know what to expect from an Ibis, clean, cheap and convenient for public transport links. If you need a no-frills place to stop in the Wembley area then this is does the job well enough.

"Possibly best value hotel in London"
5th February 2012, Sarich100, Bedfordshire UK
In my quest to find the best-value accomodation in London I tried the Ibis Wembley. I like the Ibis brand: it is dependable and nearly always you can guarantee a handy location, good service, a clean room and a good night's sleep. Those fairly basic requirements are more challenging in London and it is also a city where you need to take into account two more factors: car parking and easy access to central London.Ibis Wembley provides all of that at a bargain price. What I didn't appreciate before staying there was just how handy it is for the West End. The hotel is adjacent to Wembley Stadium station with direct non-stop service to London Marylebone, just 10 minutes away. What you don't get at the Wembley Ibis is a congeniel area in which to wander around in the evening; it is very much an 'accomodation only' location. Not withstanding that, and especially for those travelling by car, I would suggest this hotel is the best travel bargain in London.

"Good money/ performance rate"
31st January 2012, Bursa, Turkey
I have stayed at london ibis wembley for one week. The staff at the reception and breakfast service was really kind and helpful. The room and bathroom was really clean and comfortable. The room was a little bit small but ibis visitors are used to know that :) the hotel is close to shopping centers and restaurants. 15 min to underground by foot or 5 min by bus. You should buy a 1-4 zone travel card if you will stay for a couple of days. If you are coming to london and wanna visit central london it will be tough to travel 30 mins with undergorund. To summarize, average location but close to transport facltities.clean, helpful staff, free hairdryer, free iron facility, over average breakfast
