Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with family.The room occured to be a little bit short for 2 adults and a child however the extra bed for kids system is smart. Rooms are really warm, and AC was not working correctly so it was anoying to have to open the windows with the street noise. Cleaning of the rooms was just average, and some places of the room have not been cleaned during our whole stay.People at the reception were wery professionnal, however a smile is could always be appreciated. We had an emergency which was perfectly handled. Restaurant and breakfast were perfect.

Ibis is an economy class hotel and the one at Ostrobramska Street in Warsaw lived up to my expectations. The only thing I found unacceptable was a fee for leaving a car in the underground car park. As much as PLN 45 for one night, i.e. 20% of what I paid for a single room. As most customers travel by car, the hotel has surely tapped into a fine revenue booster. The windows overlook a pretty crappy scenery of suburban Warsaw, but it is a typical suburban hotel, so I took that "draback" for granted. Luckily, the room and the bathroom were neat and clean.

The staff were most accommodating. The room was clean and neat as expected. Had meal deals to needs. Next to a large shopping mall with a macdonald (handy for kids under 6). Parking was very cheap. Will definitely recommend.

It's very good option to those who care of good quality and its relation to the price. Room was simple but nice, it was very clean, silent despite highway beside. Breakfast was also good. There is bus to city centre, it takes about 20 min to get there. 20 m away there is big shopping centre with Real hipermarket.
