"Tremendous improvement"

Tremendous improvement since my last "disastrerous" stay (after which I complained to the General manager who personally responded and promised to take action) My thanks to the Receptionist young lady who assisted me throughout (unfortunately, I do not remember her name!)

"Good choice in Moema area"

Good loacation in Moema area, 1 block off Avenida Ibirapuera. Easy access to other parts of town via taxi. Surrounded by good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, including Ibirapuera Shopping Center. Very easy acces to the domestic airport via taxi. Rooms have a sitting area separate from the bed area- very nice is have a longer stay or are on business. Only thing to be aware of is that air conditioning takes a while to cool down the room but this is managable.

"Good spot"

Nice spot, you can reach malls, restaurants, budget, average and fine, all kind of service in a walking distance. The price doesn't reflect the hotel standard, Sao Paulo is now a expensive city. Close to the local airport.

"Great hotel, lazy staff"

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend, the hotel has a wonderful location, near good restaurants and bars, we can walk until them , good rooms, but it took us almost 40 min to check inn, and there was just 1 guest in front of us, the vallet wasn't there for a while, so we leave our car in front of the hotel with nobody....

"Sao Paulo, an over-priced Mexico"

Good hotel but over-priced for the overall value experienced. People were nice and professional but I was surprised at how few people spoke English in the hotel and restaurant. Ok food and nice service in the restaurant but food way over-priced. In general, I found Sao Paulo to be an over-priced Mexico except the food in Mexico is much better. The location of Mecure is ok with a few restaurants near by but with not much else happening. This made for expensive taxi rides to and from airport, convention center and to any other places worth visiting.
