Everything about this hotel shouts "professional". Right from its location (Moema) to the rooms are as comfortable as it can get. Very good service and staff. It is very convenient for a person who wants an accommodation next shoppings, bars & pubs, restaurants, drugstores and Ibirapuera Park!

« considerations »

Computers NOT available in lobby. Fisrt Mercure, even Ibis, I have not seen computer in lobby. It´s necessary because your own unit may break and then you have the discomfort of finding an internet house to find map location e attractions.

« Still need a bathroom update »

Several improvements since my last stay, air conditioner works!!!! But the bathroom still in very poor condition...ongoing in the last 4 years at least. There aren't a standard on the reception, each one proceed as his own judgment?

« Good localization »

Lots of restaurants around the hotel area. Very good localization for business purposes. Friendly people at the hotel front desk. Very quiet place, so you can rest and work/have fun on the next day. I will come back soon,

« Good Location »

Very good location. Quiet area with lots of restarurants, supermarkets and pharmacys. Easy to find a bet way to go downtown and also shopping areas. Near to Ibirapuera Shopping Mall. Excellent front desk people.

« What is it with service? »

A fairly decent hotel in a great location, but the staff, even if nice and warm, lack training. My main objections: 1.room service is terrible. A guy knocks at your door, gives you a plate with food, a fork and knife, and that is it. No tray, no presentation, pathetic. 2. Breakfast is not bad, but it is served on a restaurant with a loud tv on. Why? Brazilians are obsessed with TV, but should the staff not know that guests my want some peace and quiet on the morning? 3. Check out took forever. A lot of people are pressed for time in the morning. Should the hotel not make an effort to let guests go in less than 15 minutes? 4. Windows should protect guests from noise. Especially in this hotel where planes pass by every five minutes from 8 am. The windows are ages-old, half broken.

« Just an Average Stay »

I check in around 10pm for a 4 night stay; even though I have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times since beginning of the year and recognized the reception staff- no welcome, no smiles or greeting. On the 3rd day, I was left a docket for a bottle of mineral water and a half empty bottle of mineral water in the bar fridge. As I never ever use minibars as my company discourages this, I complained at reception and they removed the charge. Superior room at 17th Floor is fine, just puzzled that the hair dryer has a 2 flat pin plug and the power socket requires a Brazilian 3 Pin.

« Nice location, but havent finished remodelling »

The hotel is nice located near many restaurants and bars, but they have not finished remodeling the rooms. The old ones, where they put me, even being a Silver Le club, was with carpet, lots of dust, bathroom with yellow and green mud everywhere and a old 21 inches tube TV. Come on, for 150 US$s a night a TV from my grandma age? The new rooms are really nice, but I think they only puts guests that pay three times the price or the ones who complain.

« Decent location, outdated rooms »

We chose this hotel as it was close to the home of some friends we were visiting in Sao Paulo. The location was convenient for us in Moema. The hotel is dated and badly needs a refresh. I understand that the hotel is undergoing a renovation but got placed in an old room. The beds were not very comfortable. The air conditioning unit was loud. At least it drowned out the sounds of the planes going over us towards Congohas airport. The room numbering system is comical. We were in room 1110 or 1101 yet our room was on the 3rd floor. Last year during a promotion I was able to get Platinum Accor status and this was my first stay at any accor property. I am not impressed. I don't think my status (although not really earned) got me anything special. I would expect at least a newly renovated room. This reaffirms my decision to continue with SPG properties where loyalty has some rewards like upgrades etc. Would only stay again if my friends are still living in the general area.

Hotel with very good location near ibirapuera Park and a Room with good size but the toilet was kind of clogged, a broken electric kettle and an air conditioning equipment visibly worn out. I was simply expecting more.

« Good option at Moema »

Comfortable hotel in Moema with friendly staff and close to many restaurants, catholic church, shopping mall and supermarket. Renewed rooms, fair internet connection, parking lot, gym and restaurant are a good option for the business traveler.

« Very good for the voucher. »

We stayed for one night and used the reward voucher. It was a very nice stay for the price and we did get an upgrade as a result of the loyalty card. I usually enjoy staying at Mercure and this one was no different!

« family business trip »

Rooms are adequate for the price.Cleanliness very good.Location is very good if that is your geographical area of interest.Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Service could be better.When I made the reservation I provided all the information required such as full name, address, phone, e.mail, etc.Therefore I do not see the reason for having to give all these information again at check in..And check in takes a long time.I stayed at other ACCOR Hotels outside Brazil and the check in is much faster.Finally, I think that the parking price is expensive.
