I missed German TV ChannelsWireless Internet Access should be free at least in the LobbyThe interior of the rooms is spartanic but functional. However the chair is a nightmare.....

Good solid breakfast each morning. Great atmosphere in lounge in the evening. Good dinner choices and the nightly specials were great. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They helped me make a couple plans to get to and from downtown Stockholm. Walking distance to the Kista Gallaria and the subway. Great stay will do this hotel again.

"Good value but why no public transport information?"

This hotel is ideally located if you are working at the Kista Science City and need budget accommodation. The problem is, the hotel clearly believes 100% of its customers arrive by car. So despite it only being 10 minutes' walk from an underground station, there is no information provided about this prior to arrival. I ended up taking an expensive and totally unnecessary taxi to get there. Once at the hotel, the staff are lovely and the service right for the price, but do sort out the travel information you provide on your website...

This hotel was comfortable for us. The staff was helpful. It is located near a neighborhood. It was reasonably close to public transportation we used. We basically were there at night and did not particularly use the hotel facilities.

Pro's:The service was excellent and attempts were made to satisfy our needs (usually successfully). We have stayed at this hotel many times before in years past. Theservice, location and value for the money are the reasons why we keep coming back.We will be there again next year.The location is excellent (at least for our needs). It is near the E4 Euro highway "off-on" ramps with Arlanda airport about 15 minutes down the road.Con's:The optional breakfast is good but kind of pricey, especially if you are not very hungry.However, there is a McDonalds and a Statoil deli next door.

The location is near the highway, it spend about 15 minutes walking from subway station. the room is clean and staff is nice.
