"A Great Holiday at Alice Springs"

The service at the All Seasons was excellent. The room was very comfortable, but the floor tiles in the bathroom were a bit dated. The dining and bar fascilities were excellent overlooking a wonderfull swimming pool surounded by trees and deck chairs. The resort has an excellent location, just a short walk to the town centre. The receptionist can arrange transport to Alice Spring airport and any tours you may require. The tour coaches can pick you up before each tour and return you to the All Seasons at the end.

Never again. Didn't end up staying there. Lost our money and went to stay at Lasseters Casino, much better quality control. Loads of discusting dirty indigenous people there. Couldn't get to the bar in the restaurant to even order a meal. Not the quality we were used to at the Oasis. Can't rate the rooms, didn't even venture that far.Used to stay there often for years, as did a lot of family and friends. Won't be again. Absolutely disappointed with Accor's standard of accommodation in Alice Springs.

"Value for money"

We got a good deal to stay at the All Seasons. In general we were happy. Service from the Assistant Manager was particularly good and breakfast exceeded expectations. The downside was the rooms which were a little tired and bathroom cleanliness was not great.

I have been a member with Accorr for the past 12years.Whilst I have been a member for all those years the motels that are on offer usually do not coincide with where I have to go, hence I have only ever used 1 free night in all that time and only have 1 on my card at present, which I think is unfair I was told when I was being asked to re-sign that there are now 5 motels on offer in Alice Springs, so I signed up again for another 12months as I have family and friends there. I recently had to go to Alice Springs to visist my son and Grandchildren I took my youngest son with me. When looking for somewhere to stay the only choice available was the Oasis Motel, on the Accor website non of the other motels were even listed even if they were not available, so I am non the wiser as to which ones they may be. My assumption (incorrect) was that the motel would have to fit some kind of benchmark standard with Accor. Whilst the staff were friendly, the cleanliness and bedding, fittings etc were some what questionable. The tea and coffee were not replaced for my entire stay, the room was only made up for 1 of the 4 nights, the outside sitting area was unswept and there were cobwebs under the chairs,there were cigarette holes in the bedspread, the blanket on the single bed was very itchy, the complimentary shampoo/conditiner bottles all had shampoo in them. In all the motel was well below the standard that I was expecting.

With regards to the 1 x complimentary night's accommodation with every annual renewal, it is correct that they have a 12 month expiry at time of commencement.In response to the issue brought to my attention regarding your room only being serviced once during your 4 night stay has been discussed with our Head Housekeeper for further investigation. I do apologize for this inconvenience. Also briefed with my Head Housekeeper were your further comments on the balcony area not having been swept and the cobwebs under the chairs.The shampoo/conditioner bottles are a global standard with every all season’s hotel having this guest amenity. These particular bottles have a combined shampoo/conditioner lotion within them.It is disappointing about the quality of the bed spread; whilst I cannot resolve this issue for you now, for your information all of our standard rooms are being prepared to have the bedspreads replaced.Please trust that the issues brought forward have been discussed and actioned where appropriate to ensure that a repeat of such issues are avoided.Warm regards,All Seasons Oasis - General Manager

"Good position. Needs some further attention"

Good position for accessing many of attractions in Alice Springs.Restaurant: enjoyed meals there but appeared to be understaffed.Room pleasant and spacious. Comfy chairs grubby.Smaller pool was dirty.General feel of hotel was that it was a bit tired and in need of TLC. Am aware that there are some newer rooms. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

"A Brief Stayover"

I had a very brief overnight stay on business and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with very friendly staff, it is slightly dated but I slept like a baby and was fresh for the following day, all in all a very affordable place to put your head down.

The facilities were good. The grounds look tired and there was water leaking from a cylinder all the time we were there. It appears that some upgrading is occurring, the trees and ground need a good groom. Staff are a great asset friendly and obliging food services are excellent. Thank you

"A good place for an overnight stay"

This is hotel is value for money which was adequate for an over night stay. This is the second time I have stayed overnight and both occasions the experience was consistent. Staff were friendly and obliging. Breakfast buffet had sufficient selection to get the day started. Even thought the place is looking tired it is clean and comfortable.

great location, close to airport and easy walk into Alice Springs, convience of onsite resturant and bar, evening meals very enjoyable, breakfast good value but could have been hotterfacilities - swimming pool and laundry

"Room Maintainance"

Problems.The bathroom floor did not look as if it had regular thorough cleans to keep the tiles looking like new.Two of the power points were what could have been considered dangerous. The one just inside the door was quite loose and the one in the bathroom had been damaged.

I questioned whether the taxi had taken us to the right place at first, such was the discrepancy between the photos I'd seen and my first impressions in person of the place. Was told I'd been given an upgrade to a superior room(Accor member)-hate to think what the standard room was like then. Cigarette butts and empty bottles in garden. Really disappointed and can't recommend. Stayed elsewhere when returned to Alice.

Great location for sporting teams and officials as the tennis courts, basketball stadium, hockey field and football stadium are all just across the road (100m).The hotel is also a short walk to the centre of town.

"HOLIDAY TO RED CENTRE"

Hotel well located to Town centre rooms average a little tired needs an upgrade soon. Reception staff friendly and checkin and out good. The restaurant food and service good enjoyed our meal wine reasonable selection. Breakfast buffet good.
