"Nice Stay"

Nice hotel to arrive to, easy access via the Airport bus and the metro.Efficient Front Desk, easy check in process.Our room for five nights was very comfortable with free wi fi internet.Breakfast buffet was very niceLocation was excellent: you can take the metro to most of the Berlin Historical sites. A good place to stay, with all the Western conveniences.

We like to stay in ibis hotels from all the world . When I had business trip , I always book ibis hotel or other hotel from accor group . Staying in Accor hotels I feel always like in home and room is very clean and comfortable . The location is always near train station or metro . The people service are also very nice and friendly . I like the most is breakfast time . There offer a lot of good choice . If I booked earlier , I also got a very good price over night . I had a very good impression on this hotel . So I recommended a lot of my friends to stay in Ibis Hotel . They like it and feel good too .
"Unwelcoming, Inconvenient and Expensive"

Despite booking direct with Accor hotels, and despite being a member of the loyalty program, the hotel reception had no record of my booking. I was very tempted to walk out and find somewhere a bit more welcoming.The management could have remedied by offering me free wifi, but no, I had to pay 5 Euro an hour. Rip off.The hotel is well located, if you have business in the area, or want easy access to the Ostbahnhhof. Its out of the way for most sightseeing, apart from the Berlin Wall which is next door. Because it is not central the price is high for a budget hotel (just under 100 Euros per night).But I slept very well indeed :)

Very good! although it is not so near to the main attractions, the public transportation is very close. Clean, receptionists helpful. The bad thing is that wi-fi does not work in the bedroom. Recommended.

We regular choose a Ibis hotels in many cities, and I paid with prepaid or not, its depends of best offer. In this case I make prepaid for stay and breakfast, and was very surprised, no, i was shocked, when after check in I ask reception where is the breakfast room, receive answer "You are not paid for breakfast". Some minutes later other reception girl tried to explain very unclear about system, but finally me and my husband stayed confused- we can eat breakfast or not. Thanks young man at reception last at evening, who check computer and said that all is ok, all is paid. Next morning, at breakfast room we were surprised again, because we were not at breakfast list, but young man offered to fill blank, and we happy start to taste breakfast.This situation thoroughly spoiled my mood.
"A well placed hotel in the east of the city"

We chose this hotel because it was in the east , while wee had more concentrated on the west in the past., and this one met our requirements, handy for the Ost Bahnhof and the SBahn it enabled us to do what we wanted, and the staff carried out their duties with Berlin humour.

Everything is just ok, nothing special for a four star hotel - Breakfast is too expensive and the staff does not take any initiative (I had to insist to konw why my room cannot be ready at 14:00 PM instead of 15:00 PM)

We enjoyed hotel but felt the price very expensive at 86 euro for a double room ( NO breakfast) for one mid week evenin ! ....was this because there was a concert on close to hotel ?? as the next 2 night were CHEAPER ( my friends stayed another 2 nights). Apart from this, the hotel was good friendly and accomodating, we got into our room in late morning which was a big bonus to tired travelers.

Good hotel, located at Ostbahnhof, 10 mins away from city with easy access if you get a welcome card. Roadside rooms a little noisy with window open, but not necessary in early may.Facilities good, staff friendlyTip - breakfast at the station offers much greater choice at 1/3rd of the price
