"great location"

Very helpful staff, in quiet suroundings,very close to rail stations. however if your expecting free Wi Fi you will be disapointed. It is a 2 tier system that for any use of modern streaming a £10 per day upgrade is required.

"Fab hotel"

Family weekend away in London meant we didn't use the hotel for anything other than sleeping in (hence a 4 star rating as we didn't see much of the hotel.) Our room was clean and the sofa bed was already made up for us, which I was told was comfy. It had tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge/minibar, the usual toiletries, TV and free wiFi. I felt it was more luxurious compared to the other chain hotels we have stayed in and we were very happy with it. There was maid service and our beds were made for us plus our clothes were folded up!! The kids got a cuddly toy which was a nice extra. As for location - bus stop and underground station on the doorstep and some great views from just around the corner. We would stay here again and recommend.

"Novotel - New Year Stay"

This is a modern, clean hotel, centrally located for the Tower of London area. We stayed as a group of three families during the New Year period. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful as were the bar staff.We had one breakfast in the hotel and ate out on the other days. The hotel breakfast was similar to most hotels, plenty of choice and it all looked freshly cooked, I thought it was a little expensive, but I suppose that was London prices (kids did eat free with paying adults)The hotel room was a family room, with one very comfortable queen sized bed and a double sofa for the children. The room was quite small for a family of four and once the sofa bed was extended there wasn't any room to sit at the dressing table unless the chair was almost under it and nobody could get past behind you. There is a separate bathroom and toilet which is good, except that the sink was in the bathroom next door to the toilet, so there was no facility to wash your hands in the toilet, you had to come out of the toilet and go into the bathroom to wash your hands, I thought this was very unhygienic!There is a Xbox and computer area in reception for children, this is an excellent idea and my son enjoyed his time playing on the Toy Story game.Overall the we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

"Brilliant hotel"

Best night of sleep I've had in London. Rooms exceptionally well finished and equipped. A stones throw away from the Tower of London, Tower Bridge. Would recommend a short walk to St Katharine's Docks for dinner. Breakfast was great and the late checkout was a bonus.

"Very good hotel, design and calm, well situated near city centre."

We were looking found a calm, proper and beautiful hotel to get some rest, not too far the centre. All our requirements were achieved. Tube station in literally around the corner. Our room was refreshed recently with a new design.

"Very Clean"

Bit out of towm but the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff made up for that. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Pricewise we booked through Accor and was reasonable but wanted to extend our stay and they wanted double the money nearly.
