Location: 8/10 - outside Paris, but close to the RER, reasonably safe area Beds: 9/10 - very comfortable Booking: 7/10 - I paid for breakfast but it wasn't in the system, invoice didn't match what I paid Breakfast: 9/10 - excellent value for the price Quietness: 3/10 - poor window insulation, a lot of noise from the street, and from squeaking beds from the neighbouring rooms. Other: mould around the window, no kettle WiFi: 2/10 - wifi barely works, and only in one corner of the room in a specific angle some of the time, uses ancient technology. I needed to go to the corridor for it to work, and even then it wasn't great Overall: 8/10 - good value

We really liked the location of the hotel, outside of the touristy part of Paris. The beds were comfortable, the room was properly cleaned every day and the bathroom was OK. But two recommendations: put hooks to hang towels in the bathroom and remind young clients of the noise policy beyond 10PM -- A group of young people was shouting in the corridor at midnight in our first night and no one from the reception came; I had to ask them to be quite myself.

We changed rooms due to the smell of mold and damp.
