"Alright"

Nice hotel, safe, quiet. On a good Not is a busy area, you have to travel to and from the city. I felt it would be nicer to be in an area where we could have a drink and dinner within a walk to the hotel and this was not the case here, I have previously stayed in Monmatre and Bercy, which we better located.Also on a Sunday the Line 1 closes, leaving you with a long walk across the ring road or from nation.Not bad, stay here is you are on a tight budget and want a clean and safe place to stay.If you are looking for a better 'quality of life' then go elsewhere, more in the city.
"Great value for a family that only needed a place to rest for the night"

We stayed for three nights, a family with four kids. The beds were not so comfortable, breakfast was good for its price and the parking was not expensive. It's a great place to stay to save money if you are not intenting to spend time in your room.

So on a whole this hotel was close to the metro had a very friendly staff a place to leave your bags when you check out for free ( our flight was late that day) and was very clean. No AC but the window did open. The only complaint I would have is that the FREE WIFI was advertised in the room on the internet and at the front desk. But they didn't have it. Orange was available if you wanted to pay or had an account.

If you have no much budget for travel, why don't you choose ETAPE as you best option for valuable place to stay in and enjoy the excellent service while y.ou are going to there.In addition, hotels staffs are very friendly and always smile to guestsWish next time to live in ETAPE again and share the joyful feeling on travel...

Be forewarned though the french have finally realised they need to speak english, their english standards are appalling.As in this hotel. To make things easy for themselves, the reception will just tell you I don't know to avoid helping.Also the ISIC card is non existent to them, they don't know it exists and will not bother helping you further.Coming out of the metro, do a u-turn. to your left you will see a Gallieni Ave sign on the building edge. The connecting lane is the one you need to be on. Walk to the end and you will see the etap hotel on the left.
"Good but far located place"

The hotel was nice, although it is far from the city center and all the touristic places. Nonetheless, it is only a couple of blocks from Metro's Line 1 (the main one), so it is only 30 minutes or so to be there. During our stay, the lobby and one of the elevators were renovated, nothing terribly bad, but far from what you want to see in a hotel. The room was very comfortable and big enough for the both of us.
