"Unsatisfactory"

Service very poor, staff very rude and non-helpful. Rooms were not ready at time of checking in.Toilet did not work had to be changed to another room. Had dirty towels in the room. My reservation was not found as the booking office did not inform the hotel of the reservation. Had a very bad experience in total. Will never recommend that hotel to anyone. The service at this particular hotel has really gone down.
"Awful breakfasts, indifferent service"

We chose your hotel for its convenient location and easy access to everything we needed during our stay.R35 for your breakfast is far too much money for standard bread, stale cereal and below car juice and coffee. The juice tasted of whatever cleaning material was used on the dispenser and the coffee was weak. We skipped our paid-for breakfast on the second morning (as we did not have the option of a refund) and bought a far better breakfast at the McDonalds across the road.The mattresses were VERY thin and had we not brought our own pillows, there would not have been enough to go around. On checking in, we found only two towels in the room despite having booked a room for three persons. Is the bathroom unit meant to have an extractor fan? If so, it wasn't in working order. The shower drain was not clean and produced a foamy grey mess from our first use.The service was indifferent at best and the reception staff unsmiling and not at all welcoming. We were however, greeted very cheerily by your cleaning staff. Other guests in the hotel were very loud early in the morning and late at night and no staff member intervened. An alarm (fire alarm?) was set off on both nights of our stay and this too contributed to broken sleep.This was my first experience of Formule 1 and I am unlikely to repeat it or recommend it to anyone.
