"Above and beyond"

Tis Ibis was great. Close to the bus station. The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. Even though there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nice, France. O e bus ride to the beach and close walk to,old town.
"Dark corridors of parking"

The parking lot is under the hotel. corridor for entrence of reception was very dark and frightening. I was with my baby and she cried because of narrow, dark corridor. I felt like i am in the suburb. I always stay at ibis budget. Last 10 days i stay 5 differet ibis budget. But i ll never stay at İbis Budget Nice again.
"poor service & breakfast"

poor staff service & limited choice of breakfast,, only breads & drinks. small room space & it's far away from the downtown. no attractions nearby. same price can stay in a better hotel in down town. i won't stay in hotel in future.

Well up to Etap standard. We stayed for five days and the rooms were cleaned every day, clean towels when needed, The only complaint was that breakfast was advertised at 6:30 but on the Monday it was not until 7:30 and we had to miss it but all in all it was a good stay

You get what you pay for. I like a lot THE SERVICE, reception was really friendly.I dislike: the location (it is really difficult to get there by public transport after 9pm), and the room smelled like somebody smoked there before. Finally, the restaurant next door is really recommendable :-)

Hi,I would like to let you know how bad was our stay at ETAP Nice.I did the reservation through internet on Feb 2011 for 2 rooms with disabled access. I sent an email with no reply, trying to excplain that we need disabled rooms. I called several times but the stuff could not speak English. When we arrived at the hotel there was only one disabled room and this one with not the equipment in the bathroom.Will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I recommended to any friends.Best regardsAntonis
