We were in auckland on a shopping trip and wanted to stay overnight. I have been an accor club member for a number of years so my first choice of accommodation is usually Accor hotels. The welcome platter was a surprise and a nice touch thank you

Pleasant staff, welcoming, efficient and helpful. The room clean . Good size . Beds comfortable, pillows wonderful. Bathroom a bit tired . Toilet seat came off . Bathroom could do with up dating. Very limited amount of milk provided. Would have liked a small bottle or box of milk. No bottled water provided. No plates , bowls or cutlery provided. But overall happy with our stay .

The Novotel is in a great location near the Greenlane train Station, so easy to get to airport and Newmarket. It is a little dated, the first room I had the fridge didn’t work, but staff were excellent at finding me another room. Overall I would stay again.

We were busy from early morning to late evening so this was literally just a bed for us, we didn’t try out any facilities or have any food at this hotel. Bed was comfy, room was simple, very basic but clean and comfortable with good parking.
