Excellent location when flying domestic or international. shuttle bus to & from either airportterminal makes that early flight so much easier. Quiet, comfortable,good bistro, great breakfast.

Staff are helpful and always have a smile to the guests. Much better than staff down at Stamford. I had previously stayed at ibis, Stamford and holiday inns, in terms of room, the others are better, however, price and services are much much better in ibis. I would much prefer spend money in a place that I am happy with. Keep up the work.

The Ibis is ideal for the business traveller. The location is close to the airport and the service is very good. If I have one complaint it is that the exhaust fan in the show is non existent. The shower is fantastic, but the room becomes a sauna very quickly making it difficult to dry oneself in the room without becomong very sweaty.Aside from that, it is well worth the stay. My last stay was for 5 nights, and although the breakfast at $17 for a continental is reasonable value, $22 for the hot breakfast is, I think, a bit expensive.

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight. The hotel, while basic, served our purpose - a reasonable quality, reasonably priced hotel in a good location (i.e. close to the airport). There were no interconnecting rooms which would probably put us off staying there for a longer period of time (being a family of six we always require two rooms).The restaurant was fantastic in terms of quality and speed of service. The checkin and out process was smooth and the staff were very helpful.

Clean, comfortable, close to airport terminals, warm welcome, good food in restaurant, couldn't really ask for more for a nights sleeps between Cairns and Hongkong!!

excellent hotel for overnight stop prior to early morning departures. restaurant open to 10pm, enables late dinner and also the ability to use shuttle to airport or on this occassion we were able to drive next door to the valet parking and get dropped off at the terminal.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were helpful & efficient, the rooms although small were well utilised. It was close to the train station and being close to the airport there was little noise. They also provided a shuttle to and from the airport at a small cost.

Stayed overnight at Ibis, Sydney Airport, as we were leaving on an international flight early the next day. The location is very handy for travelers. The meals we had in the restaurant were very good and well priced. The only criticism we had was, there were a few maintenance items needing attention. Unfortunately, we were in a hurry to leave the next morning and we did not report these matters to the staff.

I find the hotel is ideal to facilitate visiting my clients in Sydney.As an A-Club member it would be great if the parking was included in the cost of the stay. My reason for saying this is due to the carpark is not undercover. Its a great hotel and the staff do a great job.

Thanks for being allowed to enter our room mid-morning to refresh after our Flight and to hang our clothes.Thus, Family visitation was made easier.We willuse the Courtesy Bus from the Airport on our next stay.

We were disappointed with the Ibis, The Breakfast was expensive and not value for Money, The public toilets were dirty and smelled, the overall impression was not good, and we will not be booking again with this hotel. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Darling harbour on our return, and the difference was chalk and cheese the staff helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was top notch. I know where we will be staying should we vicit Sydney again.

I'd like to say that a receptionist helped me when I asked that my bag was broken and she gave me a rubbish bag which was relly helped me even it was just vina bag!!!and I could come back here...thank you so much!

Great location wise. Shuttle to the airport from there is only $6 each. Great for hopping on the train into the city, much better than getting a cab. Bit pricey I found though. All in all a good venue
"Pillow choice"

I think a choice of pillow would be nice. The pillow in the hotel was very soft and had no support. There wasn't a spare anyway in our room. The bed was very firm and therefore required a firm pillow.Proximity to the airport is excellent. It was a $12 taxi ride from Qantas domestic.

The Ibis Sydney Airport is a clean comfortable establishment. Good if you are transitting through Sydney Airport.15 minute walk to the domestic terminal or 5 minutes in shuttle bus. It is very expensive for what you get.

I stayed here because hotels in the CBD were too expensive. The train station is a 10 minute walk and the fare to the CBD is AU$3.40. The train ride is about 20 minutes. The shuttle ride to the airport is AU$ 6.00.

Reception and staff were excellent. Car parking expensive considering already paying through the eye for a poor room. Internet access is expensive and poor reception in room. My tiny little room stank when I arrived. I found the quality of the breakfast to be garbage. I did have a nice steak though on the final night.

The location of the Ibis is great for access to Sydney Airport. The accomodation is overpriced for the standard of the hotel but is comparable to other hotels in the vicinity of the Airport.Meals are well priced and very good.

Excellent customer service from the wait and bar staff as well as reception. handy locaton to business precinct. Rooms very satisfactory for a single night stay, clean and very well maintained. Food at the restaurant was high quality and good value for a budget end motel
