Rooms are comfortable and satisfy my personal requirements for a hotel stay. Suitable amenities are available and satifactory. however would be nice to have a microwave in there perhaps.

The hotel is conveniently situated for waterfront, sightseeing and shops. My room was very clean with a comfy bed and very powerful shower. It was a bit noisy at night with a mechanical clunking sound outside. The staff were friendly and efficient overall and bar/food service was good

Generally great stay but had "noisy"neighbours and also the air con/heating system didn't seem to be working - the room was cold. Reception staff were great and allowed us a late check out.

Fast check-in and out. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wished you had the swimming pool just like in Ibis Malaysia but realised it’s already cold. lol We loved the experience overall, will definitely choose for our next city break again. 😊
