A 3 night business trip. Great room with hotel located to great restaurants and attractions. Only concern would be wait times to check in. Could do with more reception staff.

Nice room but WiFi would not work with TV when I was trying to operate Spotify from my phone. I called reception & a technician came, but he said the set was faulty. So no music! Also, no body cream or hair conditioner are provided, which is strange for a 4 star hotel.

We arrived at Novotel Darling Square having lost our wallets, phone and handbag in the Uber that dropped us to the airport in Melbourne. The weather was frightful in Sydney with the rain. The gentleman at the front desk was able to let us check in a bit early and granted us breakfast the next day on the house, which he absolutely did not have to do. Thank you for making our stay special and changing our day for the better. The room was extremely comfortable and the complimentary red wine was really appreciated!
