I was attending a 2 day conference event at arena so we chose this hotel for the location. The stairs up to concourse level were very difficult. A redesign to allow entry/exit through level 2 is very necessary. Our first day the escalators were not functioning and the steep stairs were very difficult

Overall it was a nice experience although the dinner prices are a bit high and I wouldn't really recommend anyone to eat at the hotel restaurant as a result of it. Also the fact that you cannot add points onto your loyalty card if your stay is reserved by an agency is a bit of a bummer.

As expected, good bed, just in front of the office. Good Breakfast, not noisy... Just the room and bathroom getting a bid old (some traces of paint in the bath tub not that fresh, nothing dirty, but showing its age)

Stayed here a few times and usually very good This time, air con was not functioning and this meant for an uncomfortable six nights. Speak to staff to find a resolution was a chore and not sure if it was actually ever addressed.
