"Needs time and practice"

The hotel has just opened and is not yet used to dealing with customers, speed of service and responsiveness is slow. You need to be able to speak French to get the best results. They are still getting used to their own systems which slow things. There is a need to carefully check bills as there are wrongly allocated items.The hotel is remote and even basics hops have to be accessed via taxi (who are a rip off!!!).About 20 minutes from the conference centre if you are on business The hotel does not have a news-stand or any form of shop for basics. The business centre is just two machines in the lobby, no proper service. So saying the wifi in the rooms is very good.It has a main coffee shop type restaurant but choice is limited. It has one better restaurant but again the choice is limited and it has few covers.One main lobby bar plus poolside and for the size of hotel needs more.Hotel is OK for a very quiet holiday but not for business of travelling around.The hotel itself is in good order and in extensive and very pleasant groundsThe hotel will improve with age and practice and by recognising that guests require prompt and useful attention.View management response »
