"Not worth the money I paid."
26th November 2012, Visit0rParis, Norwich, United Kingdom
Expensive, small room (one bed for one person only !), poor decoration, just under the roof. Don't go, you will find much better value for less money ! Last but not least dont reserve your room by internet as they five you the worst ones.Summary: AVOID.
"Business stay"

Clean & modern rooms. Single bedrooms small but modern, but this is typical in Paris. Location was OK, 3-4 min walk to the closest METRO station. The area feel very safe, and it is within walking distance (900m) to Champs Elysee and the Presidential Residence (400m).The entrance is small as well as the breakfast area. Next time I would prefer to stay at Mercure Opera Garnier which bigger, next to St. Lazzaire station and very close to Lafaytte and other stores.
"No toilet paper?"
21st August 2012, Poznań
Good location, nice people. Gooood breakfast. AC had trouble keeping up at 30 deg day. No paper in toilet. I was also missing wireless connection. Supposedly available, only none of my 2 devices was connecting.
"OK for a short stay"
27th May 2012, Moretona
Stayed one night on business and got upgraded to a larger room on the fifth floor. Took the incredibly small lift up to the room and the dizzy windy staircase down. Don't think there was any air con (a fan was provided) so I suspect it could get quite hot in the summer. Ordered room service breakfast (Eur18) which was fine if a little pricey for simple continental. Best feature was the central location.
"My opinion of this hotel."
22nd May 2012, London
This hotel is ideally situated for easy access to the shopping and sightseeing areas, and is within easy reach of the Metro and bus stops to all parts of Paris. I would highly recommend it. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble.
"Hotel i a good location"
23rd April 2012, wkulisz, South of Poland
Good location hotel, near the metro and citi centre. Rooms 8m2 and low bed quality. As usual price very high, because it is Paris...Better to take only simple night without expensive breakfast.
"Almost perfect"
1st September 2011
Generally we are satisfied with the hotel. We have to emphasize the helpfulness and kindness of the staff.Critics: 1. The quality of the elevator is beyond words (slow and without air). The owner should invest to install a new one. 2. The use of the internet station is extremly expensive. Why?
"Our experience of Mercure Paris Haussmann St-Augustin"
13th August 2011, Liverpool
We chose this hotel having stayed at other Accor Hotels in Brussels, Amsterdam, Milan and Bologna over the past four years. The location was good and the price suited our budget. We paid in advance for three rooms for 5 nights. The hotel was described as having air conditioning but the system was poor and ineffective and we had to leave windows open to cool our rooms. The rooms were still hot - hence the poor sleeping quality. Because we had to leave the windows open, on 5 August 2011 when Paris experienced a heavy thunderstorm rain got in and soaked our clothing, the carpet and the bedding. The storm interrupted the electricity supply for nearly 24 hours and we had to sleep in an unsafe hotel for that night. We were on the 6th floor and had to climb a spiral staircase in darkness because the emergency lighting did not last. The hotel has a 4 star ranking according to the sign on its door. This is not a 4 star hotel! even without the unfortunate effects of a thunderstorm.
"Paris Visit"

Loved the hotel. Good value for Paris. Within walking distance of a number of Metro stations, so easy to reach sights. Also some good restaurants in the vicinity.Rooms were quite comfortable, but quite small.
"A little gem"
19th April 2011, Sydney
My husband and I were very satisfied with hotel and its facilities and the quality of service we encountered. The staff we interacted with couldn't havebeen more friendly and helpful. The room was small but cosy, spotless and well fitted out for our needs. Finally, the location was great - having been to Paris many times previously we know our way around the city and the hotel was well-positioned for accessing the metro and our favouring shopping and dining haunts.
"Tiny bedroom"
24th March 2011, Norwich
This must be one of the smallest bedrooms I have stayed in. No chest of drawers or cupboard for storage of clothes other than wardrobe that did not contain adequate hangers for 2 people. The safe in our bedroom did not work and was not immediately repaired. The room was very hot even with the heating turned off, and we did not sleep very well even with the window open. The cleaner helped herself/himself to some of my moisturiser. On a more positive note the staff on the front desk were very helpful and polite. The location is very good down a quiet side street but very convenient for metro and buses, especially bus to Gard du Nord if you are using Eurostar.
"Friendly staff, good location. Clean rooms. Good value."

You can book this hotel through their web site and get % 40 discount and free breakfast. The hotel close most of popular places by walking distance. Nice breakfast and helpfull receptionists. They can speak English by the way :)
"An OK stay"
7th January 2011, Paris
The room was small, as normal in Paris, but there's better value elsewhere for the same price. Hotel was clean, although lift was out-of-order when we were there. The safe door in our room would not shut for some reason. Bathroom good. Staff pleasant.Need to keep the hot foods stocked up for the late breakfasters. Location good.
