Check in went well. We were provided with a room for our things, as we were in advance of the rooms being ready. When we checked out, we were provided space to leave our things. Front desk was very patient with the members of our group as we trickled down to the lobby. The one issue was a leak in room 213, which was not the fault of the guest. The front desk agent took photos, so I am confident that repairs will be made. We definitely plan to have our group stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Great stay, friendly staff and excellent location. The room no 701 does not have direct elevator access and possess great difficulty for moving luggage around as the space for accessing it is also very limited. This needs improvement as 701 is quite the big room and its bound to have travellers carrying huge luggages. Rest of the things were good.

The hotel is well located in the 9th with good access to the Metro and plenty of bars nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very large by Parisian standards. Staff were always friendly and helpful and both check-in and check-out were fast and easy.

the location of the hotel is very good but the noise from the street is too loud. I requested for extra pillows but the staff asked" don't you already have 2 pillows in the room?" There is no welcome drink at all. Late check out at 1pm is applicable for all guest if there is available room. There is no additional benefit of being a Accor memeber.
