Great stay, friendly staff and excellent location. The room no 701 does not have direct elevator access and possess great difficulty for moving luggage around as the space for accessing it is also very limited. This needs improvement as 701 is quite the big room and its bound to have travellers carrying huge luggages. Rest of the things were good.

The hotel is well located in the 9th with good access to the Metro and plenty of bars nearby. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was very large by Parisian standards. Staff were always friendly and helpful and both check-in and check-out were fast and easy.

the location of the hotel is very good but the noise from the street is too loud. I requested for extra pillows but the staff asked" don't you already have 2 pillows in the room?" There is no welcome drink at all. Late check out at 1pm is applicable for all guest if there is available room. There is no additional benefit of being a Accor memeber.

I stayed here with my two teenage children for a sight seeing visit to Paris. This is a lovely hotel, staff are welcoming and our room was comfortable ( just a little bit too hot at night which is the reason for 8 and not 10) but I would come back and fully recommend this hotel to other visitors to Paris. Merci nous avons passé un très bon séjour ici!
