The hotel is well located and the service provided by staff was exceptional. The only disappointing thing was that we were not able to turn on the air conditioning even though it was quite warm . We were told that the air-conditioning is only turned on after a certain date. However one of the staff members was able to Lacey a small fan for us which made it more comfortable. Opening the window was not an option because of the street noise. The bonus is also having a nice area downstairs to relax and enjoy free teas and coffees.

First shower I had, its clogged and almost flooded. Carpet is so dirty. No drawers or not enough table to place some stuff. Too hot when we stayed. Hallway carpets are visibly dirty and stained. Breakfast is the same everyday that made us tired of eating it. Bacon is not well cooked. But happy with unlimited coffee & water all day and night. Staff are great. Thanks.

Check in went well. We were provided with a room for our things, as we were in advance of the rooms being ready. When we checked out, we were provided space to leave our things. Front desk was very patient with the members of our group as we trickled down to the lobby. The one issue was a leak in room 213, which was not the fault of the guest. The front desk agent took photos, so I am confident that repairs will be made. We definitely plan to have our group stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Great stay, friendly staff and excellent location. The room no 701 does not have direct elevator access and possess great difficulty for moving luggage around as the space for accessing it is also very limited. This needs improvement as 701 is quite the big room and its bound to have travellers carrying huge luggages. Rest of the things were good.
