"GOOD HOTEL"
23rd May 2012, 4CAROLIE, Nottingham, United Kingdom
Stayed here before. Enjoyed my stay, staff friendly and welcoming. Had problem with the soap dispenser in the shower and ended up taking the cover off. Did have trouble getting to sleep because of the drummer playing in the cafe over the road late into the night, sounded like he was in my room, very loud. Would stay there again.
"Fan Accor Hotel"
10th May 2012, Ahsan0094, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
I am really fan of Accor Hotel and group and always love to stay with them, but please try to find some solution for family guys, those who are coming with children and are unable to keep them in separate room due to their age limits, so at least you can allow them to stay with their parents.I had a very good experience when I stayed in ETAP hotel in Paris and Geneva, your front office staff help us a lot and understand our problem and allow my two kids to stay with me, i hope I will get the same response from all other Accor/ETAP budget hotels++++++++++++++++

"Bed Bugs"
8th May 2012, ramalik, Vienna, Austria
I stayed there for 13 nights....for the first 10 nights, everything was fine...then I was told that i have to move since my room was leaking, so i took my things and moved. that night, I couldnt sleep at all and got up the next day with bedbug bites all over my body. I pointed it out to the reception, of which all employees spoke mediocre spanish and they told me that i will have to move AGAIN to another room, so i told her that I just want to leave the hotel and want to have 2 nights refunded where the lady told me that this is not possible.so, I moved my stuff again to another room, then I had an allergic reaction to the bites and they had to call the ambulance which gave me anti allergy pillsIt was a terrible stay with horrible service.

"Great value, choice, location and service."
10th April 2012, Booksy1, Minehead, England
Chose this hotel for a one night stay when we saw X Factor Live at The Motorpoint Arena. Couldn't have picked a better location - literally just over the road.5/5 for almost everything, my only complaint being the length of the beds. Whilst comfortable enough to lie on, Mine and my partner's legs hung off the end by at least a foot.Other than that a very nice hotel. Great value and very friendly staff.

"Very nice"
30th March 2012, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
The people that work at the hotel tend to become our friends, so nice they are. The rest is Ibis all the way. Very good tourist hotel.
"Great City Centre Hotel"
28th March 2012, Stafford, United Kingdom
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. The hotel itself is very well located, within walking distance of the city centre and Queen Street railway station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. I didn't try the option of ordering food from the hotel bar, but I did have the cooked breakfast, which was very good. Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel and would stay there again.

"Good location close to arena & shops"
21st February 2012, Gloucester, United Kingdom
Friendly staff and good standards within the hotel. short walk to shops centres and city centre ideal for concert stay as just across the road from indoor arena? Good value for money 24 hour bar and food service?

"Okay for a day or two"
7th February 2012, Gurmeeto, London, United Kingdom
This hotel is very well located in the city centre and within easy reach of everything. I struggled to sleep the first night as I found the bed quite firm (coming from someone who is spoilt with memory foam matresses and pillows). There was a draught through the window which was apparent on the second night of my stay...admittedly I didn't complain about it so not a lot can be said about that. You do hear the trains in the morning and that is annoying if you are a light sleeper but otherwise a good budget hotel for a a couple of nights with friendly staff.

"Comments"
31st January 2012, Bristol, United Kingdom
We would like larger bath towels.I understand that those supplied are standard at Ibis Hotels.Although not a big deal to us,we know friends who would be put off Ibis Hotels. This would be a shame.A bit noisy from people and cars outside at night. We were in Room 307.The drains smelt.I think that the water is siphons out of the p-trap.This Hotel suited our stay for convenience, price and service. The staff were very helpful.

"One of the warmest welcomes I've received; excellent location, friendly staff"
14th January 2012, AccorGoldCarder, Nottingham
I opted to travel to Cardiff on the Sunday to make sure I made my meeting on time the following morning and the iBis was being offered at an excellent rate. £50 incl. breakfast booked in advance with my A-Club card.I arrived into Cardiff at 5.30pm, walked from the railway station (less than 10-mins) and into the reception. A young chap and the lovely Vanessa greeted me warmly and engaged in genuine, friendly conversation.I was offered a choice of room and the option to change if I didn't like it, but the room offered was fine. The iBis is situated across the road from the Cardiff Indoor Arena and lots of restaurants within 3-5-mins walk so it's in a great spot.I slept very heavily and enjoyed the simple breakfast the following morning.C'mon, you can't go wrong for £50.
