Only an overnight, shoulder season so hotel not full but tried to use our free night being Accor plus member but told no rooms so had to pay $70 extra to get a room then found the Tv system wasn’t working and unable to fix so would have thought at check out we might have had the Extra charge waived but no luck there. Maybe a bit of flexibility when the room not up to standard. Money is not the issue, just the principle.. must admit, was a bit surprised to find we couldn’t use the free night even when the hotel wasn’t full and told the only rooms available were those that we had to pay extra for!! This was a little disappointing being Accor Plus.. have found this problem a few times when trying to book so have ended up booking elsewhere.

Excellent customer service and excellent room service. Couldn't change the room temperature to cooler or turn fun higher. Breakfast downstairs came out cold, bacon too crispy no bacon flavour and scrambled eggs dry.
