fantasic stay in king size room with view overlooking Trinity Inlet and the ocean.the bed was very comfortable only issue was the pillow being too soft, but i could have ordered the pillow menu.staff were very efficient and valet parking excellent service.buffet beakfast was good, could have had a bit more choice of juice and fruit, ie; no tomato juice and a better selection of tropical fruit, was still ok. though.coffee was good.Location was good with walking distance to many great venues/resturants/boat cruises etc.would definatly stay there again and recomend to couples,family and business people.

Fantastic hotel all round. Great service, lovely room and views, very comfortable. Probably the best hotel in Australia I have stayed in. Don't let the fact that it's part of a casino put you off, as it's separate.

We arrrived early so I appreciated that our room was ready. Outstanding service, very nice room. Just breakfast was very dissapointing as we could only choose one hot dish from a la carte menu ( no full hot buffet).

Great service, friendly helpful staff, wonderful location, very relaxing stay for our honeymoon, already planning to come back next year for our anniversary.Also we loved how they have improved the buffet breakfast, it is well worth having.

Right from the start when we booked in, we knew it was going to be a great stay. The service was impeccable. I suffer from Angina and soon after arriving in our room, was suddenly taken ill, so spent all of my time in bed. We ended up having to call an ambulance. My partner phoned Reception to notify that an ambulance was on its way. The staff were so good and honestly concerned. They ensured the Ambulance entrance and directed them to our room. I was taken to Emergency where we spent the night. I arrived back at the Pullman Reef Casino at 5.30 am in the morning, again to very concerned staff. Thankfully we didn't have to book out until 11 am, so we went straight to bed for well need rest. On waking, I had the chance to have a look at my surroundings. How beautiful it was. The rooms are spacious and crisp clean. There was a spa tub and a separate shower. Our bed was amazing as well. We then went and ate breakfast at the Tamarind Restaurant in the Casino and again the Service and food was excellent. On booking out, the Manager come to chat to us, to ensure I was OK and to ask if there was anything else, at all that they could help us out with. We walked out feeling very disappointed that we did not have the opportunity to enjoy what was offered and caught our flight home. Much to our delight, since being home, I have received an email from Pullman Reef Hotel Casino in Cairns, letting us know that they are giving us a free night stay. Seriously, I was so surprised and obviously very grateful. I did not think this type of generosity occurred anymore. Wow, now we can go back to the Casino and have the night that we had planned to. The Pullman Reef Hotel Casino has always been a particular favourite of mine. It is in a great location and is central to everything. The rooms are a great and the spa bath is a bonus.It also offers reasonable rates and great service.View management response »

I had a room on the 5th floor with a fantastic view of the harbour. The room, service and staff (Michael, Siel and Kate) were just top- class. We do quite a bit of travelling and stay at lots of different Accor hotels and motels, but this was absolutely the best; none comes close to what we've experienced at the Pullman Reef Hotel Casino.
