"Not happy with the breakfast and room service"

Room service did not arrive. I finally got to eat my breakfast after 3 times of it arriving. Wrong all the time. People walked out as their breakfast did not arrive at all. The Executive Food and Beverage came out to see what the problem was and I told him. My partner just ate his breakfast, even though it was not correct, as he was soo hungry as room service did not arrive the night before so he had to eat.

"Outsanding Hotel in Cairns"

From the moment we checked in until we left, the staff could not have been nicer, more helpful or pleasant. Our corner room was beautiful with a wrap around patio. Every thing was sparkiing clean and in top condition. I'd stay at the Pullman Reef and recommend to friends without reservation.

I have stayed at the Pullman Reef Casino in Cairns on several occasions in the past 12 months along with many other hotels across Australia for both business and relaxation and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent from the moment you walk in the door.Nothing is too much trouble. If you are looking for a high level of service along with excellent comfort and facilities you cannot go past the Pullman Reef.

"excellent venue"

Rooms were great and staff were very helpful.We attended a wedding there and the function was excellent. Breakfast was also excellent and good value for money. I do wish rooms would sleep 4 people or they would have adjoining rooms as I may have take my children with me

Pullman Reef Hotel Casino, Cairns.Great Location And Excellent Service. It is within a complex tat houses the Casino, several resaurants, bars and a club.It is about a 5 minute walk to the Cairns Lagoon and is located within walking distance to the abundant restaurants and shops of the Cairns CBD. The marina is essentailly just across the road and about a 3 - 5 minute walk from the Jetty that takes people to the Great Barrier Reef.Rooms Were Also Lovely And Really Quite Spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The lobby was lovely and had complimentary coffee (made from a coffee machine with good quality coffee to choose from).I hope you enjoy your stay.

"Best place we have stayed in Cairns so far!"

We arrived early to the hotel and one of the two rooms we had booked was ready for us to check into. Michael at reception was wonderful, he kept us up to date on when the other room would be available. We had booked a deluxe king room and a deluxe twin room, when we checked in Michael informed us that the twin room had been upgraded to a Junior Suite (lucky kids, 18 & 16 yrs, so much more room in the Junior Suite, bigger TV, bath, seating, even more towels). The location of the hotel is wonderful, just a short walk to restaurants on the water front and to the shops. We ate out locally for lunch and dinner, but did enjoy a few cocktails in the hotel bar beforehand (even our 16 year old didn't miss out, the young lady in the bar made her some fab "mocktails" too).Breakfast was had in the hotel, food was of a good standard and service good, the way they explained the full breakfast on the weekend was a little confusing. Some hot items were on the buffet table and some had to be ordered separately, the confusion arose in whether you could have some of the hot buffet items then still order the other items from the menu (18 year old boys/men eat alot!!).Overall I would highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again.

"Always clean with courteous service"

Located close to esplanade with many restaurants and also the ferry terminal so handy for trips to outer reef and islands. The Staff are very courteous and rooms are very clean. I don't like the pillows but that is a personal choice.

"Stayed with teenager"

Moved rooms due to noise of construction on waterfront but was charged for upgrade to more spacious room.Move improved noise and then my teen daughter and I were happy.Room service was excellent.Food was excellent.House Keeping excellent.Gym was excellent.
