The hotel staff are attentive and friendly. A little hiccups on the room provided as it is still having fresh paint smell which caused me not able to sleep well and also having headache in morning. I have feedbacked the next morning and the staff managed to swap to another older room. Another feedback will be the breakfast could improve further. Of 4 nights stay, all breakfast were serving cold scramble eggs and cold sausages. The pastry spead are cold and soft too... Quite disappointing as I have recommended my friend to stay using Mercure hotel in Paris while he recommended for us to stay using Best Western instead. I have stayed in Mercure Melbourne few years ago and the breakfast and rooms was wonderful. Hence, my friend is more disappointed than me.

Fantastic little hotel in Paris. Our room was newly renovated, whisper quiet at night. Great coffee a few metres away. Amazing brasserie - Balzac - 5 minutes walk. Superb.
