"Great Overnight Stay"

You always get consistency from an Accor hotel, comfortable bed, decent TV, good shower and a tasty breakfast. For one or two nights I don't care about anything else, and I have frequently stayed in so called 5 star hotels that don't do these things as well.

Good hotel at good central location without disturbing treffic, OK staff, but the personnel in the breakfast room obviously only came there in order to be able to collect salary - they did not fulfil what they should have done; supply coffee, breakfast food and keep clean on tables. They must learn. The hotel is good and fairly good value. Breakfast is quite oK when the staff is doing their job.

"The bathroom was a catastrophy"

You could not take a shower without creating av swimminpool in the bathroom. The water was everywhere and you had to get down on your knees to weep it away. Outside was a noice, the whole night thru.

Good but only for one or two nights, not fancy hotel or location but good enough to get some rest and take a shower. When on a road trip it´s only good enough, but there´s not much to do or visit in this city either.

Ideal for overnights in Karlstad. Although the hotel does not offer luxury, it is clean and friendly with very serviceoriented personnel. Its location is very central in the town centre and yet close to adequate parking facilities.

Efficient and good service. Central location close to main place, bars, restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. Rooms look a little old-fashioned and "tired", but clean. Good value for money. Affordable Outdoor-parking nearby.

The hotel is okey, but the bathroom needs to be renovated. Does not look good. But all in all is okey because of low price
